I workout just with bands since 4 years ago. I used weights for years since my 15. I have 40 now. Happy to find bodylastics. Elastic its mutch superior than weights. I will buy your products
That is a hell of a bold statement to state that he's not touched weights for 9 years but I've gotta say that it's somebody around my own age who I want giving me advice about resistance exercises and body development, NOT someone hslf my age and this Blake guy fits the bill so I think I'm going to give them a go.👍
