For everybody thinking about poison caustic arrow but dont like ballistas/totems. Goratha made a CA poison build with manaforge instead. Its similar in core. Just not using totems and instead using manaforge + stormrain to get alot of Singletarget
Goratha tends to make good builds, make sure to give it a look!

Hey duck, firstly thank you for always putting out great content and videos on really good builds for each season. I was wonderong with the new gem for lancing steel of its any good to convert over to after campaign even though no call of steel gem?
Base Lancing Steel is just worse than Splitting Steel in all use cases now. Maybe poison on the new Lancing Steel tgem tho?
What are some build options for Pathfinder for killing uber bosses? I'm torn between Balista pathfinder and Spelltotem Hiero, wanna fream currency and then reroll to bosskilling build without leveling new character.

Hey man! What's your thoughts on a cleave of rage berserker? I want to try Woolies but I'm hesitant since I've only really played cyclone and slam melee builds.
Cleave made me quit the league when they buffed it. Use this knowledge how you will.
Pretty happy to see Ultimatum made it into core. It was my first POE season and my gosh it was rewarding, I legit felt my pride working against me, which is rare for a game to accomplish in terms of mental engagement

I can't find anything for the flameblast ignite's ascendancy tree. is there anything out there? Jung never put anything out for the new trees in 3.23...pretty crummy guide.

Srs guardian is storenger early
SRS Guardian probably going to feel better for Ultimatum very early but SS will scale very hard.
Im just gonna need my started to be dynamic enough to do maps on trash gear and scale into ubers at about a 10-20div budget
GGG dropped another batch of transfigured gems and there's Toxic Rain applying Withered debuff with every hit.
Might do a build with it... sounds like a replacement for a fragile withering totems who gets deleted in a blink of an eye...
How will SRS Guardian with the minions perform on the steam deck? Any experience with it? Other builds I wanna play are spell Totems or EA/TR ballistas. Are they maybes better performance wise? I'm gonna play this League on the steam deck.

Big thing we were discussing is that Subtractem recommends lighting coil but to roll 2r 4b it's about 2k chromes with the 3b craft and to do 2r 3b it's about 330 chrome with 1b craft.
You don't color this using Chrom lmao either go jewellers or use tainted Chrom on a good corrupt one.
Subtractem also uses Animate Guardian and Spectres while BigDucks does not
Subtractem's build is fine but I don't like the use of Lightning Coil early.
4b2r is difficult to get, and 3b2r is also difficult to get. Lots of people are saying Jewellers or Tainted Chrome and sure you can do that if you like.
Tainted Chrome chances for 4b2r is roughly 50~ which on league start is avg 300c~ for the first week. That isn't even factoring in people who will get unlucky and take 70 or 80 or more.
As for Jewelers this will be highly RNG but I can imagine to get a 4b2r it would be roughly 400 Jewelers on league start which is 40c~ since you will need to bench it to 6 sockets after which is 350 and then you still need to link it and once again isn't accounting for people who get unlucky.
This is assuming you can even trade for all these large currency volumes early, moreso as a new player.
A 6 link rare chestpiece will be maybe 50c total and still be perfectly fine, it will give you more buffer for casting your skills with Energy Shield and you will have more suffixes available for res alongside not having -lightning res to deal with.
As for the difference in Spectres / Animate Guardian, the Scorch boots he has listed may or may not be insanely expensive early on so I wouldn't factor having those, just getting scorch boots on your own is better anyways since you don't have anything to do but move around and cast every once in a while.
The difference in damage is roughly made up for by having less gear pressure, not needing Minion Resist/Life on a ring or Jewels, and not having to dedicate 4 sockets to dealing with Spectres / AG that newer players may not be able to even keep alive.
Play what you like, but these are my thoughts.

On builds like champion which gets absurd bursts of Rage, maybe. Otherwise no, on a bow build you will use the Warlord's tech I talk about in my LA -> TS video from Rue.

Ey Ducks, what are your thoughts on EK Poison Pathfinder? Always loved how EK feels and the fast mapping, and I'm inclined to poison this league for some reason. Would that be a viable league starter? Amazing choices btw I can't bring myself to play LA again uwu
If you're talking about the Rue build from the link then yes it is good.
it uses poison conc in the beginning and it is so fun imo and quick

Any opinions on posion blade vortex PF as starter?
Should be good, PF is always a strong choice, and the poison BV build was viable this league. Since it got a bit of a buff it should perform even smoother imo.
bossing is pretty rough
probably work ok with a dendrobate setup, but EK or TR probably just better for PF as a league starter
The new blade blast might help bossing a bit, but then again ya already have Vaal blade vortex. New blade blast prob better for non poison versions though

The issue is anything meta/successful is EXPENSIVE on console so the 10-25 chais league starters end up needing so many divines sadly :/

@@arturasnesakysiu6025 he’s saying people are gonna make the splitting steel gear expensive. But really it’s not true. Splitting steel / shattering steel can carry through the whole campaign with pretty much any gear as long as you know what you’re doing with support gems and such.
