    You popped up in my recommended. Your title made me click the video. Your story of your journey made me stay and watch.
    I've been on CZcams since 2019 and I can relate so much to the consistency factor. That makes such a difference lol
    I am glad you are still making videos and doing something you enjoy. You truly are a CZcamsr doing this because you enjoy it. Most people pack up after a few months to a year because they don't get the attention or money they hoped for. I wish you nothing but an awesome experience on CZcams or any other video platforms the future has in store.

    Respect to you, man! I run a small automotive CZcams channel that's been slow to grow, but the channel has an identity and I'm willing to be patient. You present well and have a unique charisma. Once you hit your groove regarding content, I'm confident your audience will grow and success will follow.

    Thanks man. I started my channel a month ago (metal institute of Thrashology). You have some things going for you really well. You told a story that kept me interested the whole time to the end, with a subject (tech) I absolutely hate. I liked your open and honest dialogue that made me feel like I could rely on you to lead me through a review, with an unbiased answer. Just dial it in and best of luck. But I don’t think you need it. You know what you’re doing homie!

    All about the journey Dalibor!
    Can't believe it has been 10 years already, that's a feat in itself, congrats! I still remember the first video I watched on this channel, the Deepcool Tesseract Case Review. Always been a fan of the way you (and Harris) present content and the realness to it! You guys have been a huge inspiration and part of the reason why I started making CZcams content. Keep it up, can't wait to see what the future holds!

    My problem is the fact that we started as 3 guys, but I'm the one doing all the shooting, editing, and writing, i have a full time job and it's hart to find time.Our videos center around the expat life, something all 3 of us really know about, since we are all experienced. I noticed the ones where Itravel to other counties to interview other expats get a lot more traction,, but like I said, I can't do that all the time.

    • @T3GMedia
      @T3GMedia  Před 6 měsíci

      My recommendation would be to try and line up a few different expats when you're in other countries so that you can have multiple videos, and utilize shorts! clip some interesting moments from your interviews, it can get more eyes on the content.

    I just started my channel January 17. I thought I was alone in that I can’t seem to settle in on a topic. AI keeps telling me the primary thing is to find my niche.
    But while people may embrace a niche I find it claustrophobic. Like you I’m all over the place on what I envision the channel to be.
    I’ve implemented several CZcams hello videos to mama my original shorts content, using their methods to guarantee virality, but didn’t even crack 10 views after several days. Took a 3.9 million Tik Tok video, responsibly repurposed it, didn’t even crack 5 views.
    Strangely enough, my very first video, simply a dump upload of my first experiment with ai music generation and a political troll song ended up being my biggest hit at 40 views.
    Then I felt the solution was character (ps its not this account I’m using of course) so I created an online persona that sounds an awful lot like a different online persona. I figured I would try to somewhat mimic their style in some faceless way. That’s working a little but the name sounds too close to a very negative derogatory action.
    I noticed it yesterday, ran it by ai and sure enough it’s too close. So I’m giving up on that path for now.
    I feel like you are my spirit animal though and have the same problem and preset mindframe as me.
    The difference between me and you though? You acted on your ideas and passion Ten years ago, I’m just starting now at 46. But would I love to talk; video games, movies, tech, tv etc too. Hot fires the rest of the world do it?
    How do they focus on one thing lol?

      Hello :) @NeverAStraightAnswer, I started my channel 2 years ago and have found what works for me is I found my niche, which is frugal living, and will stick to that, but also make "sub" videos of that niche. For example, I will do a grocery haul video of generic food, and then do a video on what you can make with it all. That sort of thing. It all ties into that niche. Once in a while I go off it and do talks about life. My channel is a lifestyle channel. Good luck with your channel :)

    • @T3GMedia
      @T3GMedia  Před 7 měsíci +2

      Keep experimenting! The best thing I can recommend at this stage is just to put out content. I wish I had done this in the early years. Make 100 videos in all the things you want to talk about, and see what works, and more importantly see what you enjoy making! You can build a niche out of that experimentation. If I were in your shoes, starting a brand new channel in 2024, I wouldn't even look at views for at least six months. Find your groove first.

  • @igotnerfedd
    @igotnerfedd Před 7 měsíci +1

    Make your own name man. Always work on improving. CZcams literally recommended me this video out of nowhere because I like tech reviews and the like. So clearly I think CZcams might be leaning more towards you being a tech channel. So maybe combining a story or analogy to a review while also keeping feeling like your own personal style is a good option. Experiment thumbnails, titles, and, stick with Budget tech. There's this great channel called RandomFrankP that makes a series for tech gadgets under 50$ and it's really popular, so you could try a spin on that like a storytelling themed tech gadget review or recommendation under a certain budget. Keep going man. You will make it.

    The algo brought me here, maybe because I'm just starting and wanting to grow. Sounds like you'll be doing some traveling? I just got done with a 7 week long car camping trip which is providing my first set of content. Still learning editing and the like. I have a Mac book pro, but don't want to pay for a subscription to an editing program. Have any suggestions for one that you pay outright for? Right now I'm just using my Android phone but you know how limited that is.

    • @T3GMedia
      @T3GMedia  Před 6 měsíci +1

      Tons of free editing software! Without having to install anything new, iMovie is on your Mac already and it does a pretty decent job to start. There are some limitations, but generally should do the job for most basic videos. Once you start getting into more audio - effects, layering, etc - that's when you'll want to branch out. Easiest move will be to DaVinci Resolve. I'm overdue to make videos on both, so stay tuned!

    • @invictaland1983
      @invictaland1983 Před 6 měsíci +1

    Something you don't mention in this video, that is pretty obvious as a guy that does youtube channel management. Your thumbnails are not good, and by not good I mean very bad. This video actually had a good one that looked like an interesting vlog because of the genre and the topic. But looking at your channel, lots of off focus camera thumbnails with text too small to see on mobile, or a clever idea that doesn't really tell me what the video is.

    If you don't know the core, subject matter of your channel....then how is your audience suppose to figure it out? Tech is too broad. The car tech audience is completely different than a motorcycle tech audience......let alone medical/ bio hacking tech. Stick with one and drill into it, own the voice for it and the loyalty will come. Even travel channels specialize, some "travel the world" but the ones with Asia or European travel content really drill there first.
