I remember back in the late 80’s working in several high schools ,and talking to teachers in science and math, they were telling me ,where are the future teachers that will be teaching these subjects! Students were not interested in these subjects. Here we are,,,chickens have come home to roost!

I remember in grade 8 at a tdsb school half the class tipped our music teacher $5 for an extra 10% grade. Random but this doesn't surprise me

So what about the kids in other schools that are crushing it and then have to compete against these kids.

Want the reason? 100% is the only grade that's not going to get them sued. There you go. Give them anything less than that and you open yourself up to grievance claims.

I have a grandson is grade 2 and he is doing math, and reading at grade 8 level or above. This can easily happen.
