I really consider waking up to early as my routine but I work from 9 to 6 and reach back home after 7! And then I get to sleep after 11pm. I was wondering at what time you guys get to sleep? What about late night movies or night outs? I would really like to know

Maria I know how you feel. I used to have severe insomnia for years, taking hours to fall asleep then waking up too early and taking more hours to fall back asleep. Doesn’t make for a productive and powerful day like Melissa ! I’m still challenged as I’m a person who’s in the upper end of the scale for sleep needs as I need 9 hours of sleep to feel absolutely refreshed and ready for the day. I can pass on 8 hours but it’s 9 hours that makes me feel normal and strong. But the issue is getting it which is rare. I hope you can figure out how to overcome the severe insomnia even seeing a sleep specialist or getting some books on sleep hygiene and relaxation and possibly dealing with any unresolved things. I know for me I always had a difficult time falling asleep even as a 5 year old ~ counting sheep, rocking to help me fall asleep. Lolol! So it can be a bit hereditary too. But we can still work on anything to make it better. I hope you get better and better with your sleep and who knows maybe you can get up a 7am refreshed. 😊

@amy catherine that's exactly what I was thinking while watching. Chronic illness prevents me from doing something like this. I used to feel a ton of energy after workouts, and now I would actually have to have a long "recovery" period afterwards. :(

I literally just finished my skincare and, stupidly, I stood up for it and by the time I was at the last step I was so drained and my joints already hurt. Meant to add that restorative yoga helps me, and I just downloaded the down dog app. I've only done one workout from it, but I think it's going to be helpful, bc you can choose how many minutes your workout is and the intensity. You can even select things like restorative yoga, or stretches. The one I did was only 10 min long, lol, but I felt better afterwards.

I don't complain and I def don't say anything unless I think there's an 'in' for someone else or at least to put it out there so others do know it's not just them. I'll have to check out that yoga. I was told I'm too flexible for yoga and need to strengthen my core first but that is not fun At All for me lol so if I only do basic stuff along with pt, controlled exercises, I think I'll be fine. Dry shampoo comes in clutch!! Find a brand that works for you. There are higher-end options (like Ouai) and drugstore options from Batiste and Dove that are all amazing,
I LOVE your makeup no makeup looks. I just moved to Florida and desperately need a tutorial for humid weather. My makeup just melts so I stopped wearing it but then I just feel ugly and blah. Also, why is it when I put eyeshadow on it disappears after awhile. As if I never put it on at all? So frustrating. Thank you & love your tutorials! 🥰
Have you tried putting primer or foundation or concealer on your lids before applying eyeshadow? And have you tried using setting spray or setting powder to keep makeup from melting off? wondering if these things really work in humid AF weather!
@@amandaavia I've done it all. It doesn't necessarily crease. It just seems to disappear. Like it's vibrant when i put it on and then it's gone after a few hours. I don't understand. I use good quality shadows and mac paint pot or name brand concealer. Just fades.

Have you tried putting primer or foundation or concealer on your lids before applying eyeshadow? And have you tried using setting spray or setting powder to keep makeup from melting off? wondering if these things really work in humid AF weather!
@@amandaavia I've done it all. It doesn't necessarily crease. It just seems to disappear. Like it's vibrant when i put it on and then it's gone after a few hours. I don't understand. I use good quality shadows and mac paint pot or name brand concealer. Just fades.
