I think her head shaking is her ability to access parts of her brain that hold memories that she accesses during songs to help her get into the mental headspace she needs to be in to channel emotions that the song may require. The shaking of her head is her way of severing the connection to the memory, the same way people do it when they start daydreaming and you come back to reality. I do it all the time.
No, Aurora does not have tourrete. You need to watch some interviews with her to form an image of her. Opinions are divided on whether Aurora does or does not have a form of autism. I personally try to stay away from this discussion because it is a difficult point in Aurora's large fanbase. But there is no doubt that she has helped many people through difficult times because of her beautiful soul and manner. For me she is Aurora Aksnes, songwriter, musician, producer and fantastic soul from Norway.
And then I always get in a better mood when I see how happy she is when she performs live and interacts with her fans. It makes my day a good day when I think about it.
