Czech local food is very fulfilling and tasty, especially when we choose the right place to eat. U Svejka in Karlovy Vary, Czechia was the local Czech restaurant recommended by the local host, so I gave it a try! Its garlic soup and chicken broth were not only savory but also super delicious. As the main dish, I took smoked pork neck & Plzen goulash with Czech traditional garnish and they were much better than I expected. Plus, cozy atmosphere like at uncle's home raised the appetite.
