Mam meri beti 2.2 year ki age mai suspected asd diagnose hua tha.. Ab uski age three years ho gayi h to humne uska reassessment karaya to usme uska score 25.5 aaya h.. Mam ye score autism ko show karta h ya nahi
As per my knowledge DSM5 assessment test jb bacho ka hota hai
Generally 15 se above score jb ata hai use autism consider karte hai, i think agar score 25 aya hai apke baby ka to usko mild autism hai, Jo 25-70 score hota hai wo mile autism ka hota hai, use above moderate hota hai.

Hello mam ,my baby is 4 yrs old having mild to moderate autism...we are taking ot and special education therapies since 6 month...his hyperactivity is controlled now...bt the major issue is that identification is not developed yet...like he can do matching sorting etc in very less time bt on telling that it is circle ..or it is red color he does not understand...he can do all activies if we show him that u have to do like this....bt language understanding not developed...although his focus concentration has improved a lot..
