They are super thin!!! Good you replaced it. Muffler shop damaged mine and replaced it. I cut it down and was surprised on how thin they are. I keep the tail shaft for my spare transmission.

Please do an in depth video on the 5 speed. I’m doing a swap too and theirs not many GOOD videos on it. I’m gonna use a T-45 being the cheaper option.
great video, I'd support you any way I can, but we are all tight on money these days. I have an 03 police interceptor I'd love to do a manual swap on, but I'm saving for suspension mods first, just did new intake manifold, plugs and coils. everything takes time as you know, I enjoy the content you seem very down to earth and a family oriented man, looking forward to future uploads.

This is true I’ve found 3 t45s on marketplace lol only one tr3650 but they want too much for it lol it’s not about being down it’s more so funds is really why I can’t do it been trying to buy parts here and there but haven’t been able to grab the big main things like trans/ a good clutch and pedals.

It’s 2.5” but I have to bash in so much of the passenger side because it wasn’t made for the car 😂 but I have Metco watts link ready to go in and I won’t be able to run the tailpipes anymore after I get em in 😬 but unfortunately I’m up in Idaho! Appreciate that though that would be fun 🤌
@@sammyhack Ah damn ok also i thought the massive brand ones were the ones that didn't work with the exhaust cause the metco and whatever the other ones that are on adtr are shaped like the stock ones for the most part
@@ShermanSteel yea Metco is shaped like stock but it’s also like 3 times thicker than stock 😅 so it takes up quite a bit of room up there so I’ll have to do some side exit or soenthin ones I get the Metco watts links up there or go from 2.5” x pipe to factory tailpipes which would be stupid 😅
