That's my case :-(
im just desperately watching boruto to cling to the naruto story/universe. Putting my trust in Boruto writers I think they know what they are doing, they just had to use up a lot of episodes to setup the story/characters/ninja stuff for all the kids who never watched Naruto. But i'm hoping Boruto will be just as good as naruto. I want more emotions and sacrifices, so i can put the naruto stuff in the past and focus on the story/struggle of the new generation. Like passing on the legacy/baton to the next person and continuing the ideals/hopes through the new generation. Just like in real life. So hopefully Boruto story can transition in a meaningful way, i think thats the only way i'll be able to move on from all the naruto feels.
