I haven't had the chance to read through the entire book yet but I can say that the Last Sun is so far my favorite science fantasy setting

As RPGPundit said in this video... even if you are not running a game in this particular setting as a whole, this book is FULL of amazing ideas and quirky things that can be used as a source for excellent filler for you to drop into your own settings. Obviously, your mileage may vary, depending upon your game world setting and its overall theme. Personally, I absolutely love the Dark Sun style cannibalistic Halflings... so much so, that it has become my go-to style for the Halfling race.

All this stuff inside a Dyson sphere is one of the most intriguing Rpg ideas I’ve ever heard! I love it! I’ve always loved the idea of a Dyson sphere since they had one on Startrek.

I've made some changes, like putting a Parody of various Irish cultures, interesting setting (like making Irish Mutants)

Did you ever play an RPG called The Shattered Sky? It was a high-tech Dyson Sphere with technology that resembled magic, but it shattered and ended up quite a lot like your setting. My roommate was one of the editors and I submitted some material for its never-produced sourcebook years ago (my pay was a free copy of the rulebook). It was published by Phil Reed at Propaganda Publishing; he later went on to work for Steve Jackson Games.
I did not, never saw it.

Last Sun existed first. If anything, "chalt" is like the Last Sun knock-off except it doesn't really have a plan.
