I too am 78 now and used sing his songs to my new wife 1964 she loved it recently lost my voice Wen sister passed on but this morning started to sing with his voice againperfectly ! Have had heart failure and now kidney failure but strangely can suddenly sing with Mr Mathis !!? Inspired

I tried singing this in hospital with the one other guy who was in the ward with me over the Christmas vacation period. Sounded pretty bad, but it's a good memory. Everyone else got to go home on Passes, but his house was too far and I didn't have anyone to go to home with.
