You know, I think many of us just can't thank you enough for sharing all the wonderful tidbits and information. It is what I believe to be a true legacy George. ❤ There is always more to learn and discover. Even now, in this one video, the amount of learning going on is just amazing. What a great job you have! 😁
That astrological poster is amazing. ❤❤ I have been buying and selling paper ephemera more lately, and I would grab that Ford set at an estate sale for sure!
Hi George! Love the skateboard. I never knew the history on them. Makes sense. One little correction though, you mentioned a famous skateboarder, but you said Ethan Hawke, instead of Tony Hawke. Easy to do. No worries. Love all your videos. Char in Alaska. 🙂✌
I have my grandfather’s Union Pacific hard hat. He started working for them in the 1930s and retired in the 1980s. I have no idea it’s vintage but it’s very special to me.
Hi George et. al 😊 I had perhaps 100 jokers 🃏& over used cards from Mom's bridgeplaying friends. We traded cards by categories in the 60s. Fun memory of sitting in grade school hall with lots of rubber banded stacks of interesting cards! We were quite cool 😂 🃏 . Played many games of jacks too! Those were the days, & I think I knew that at the time!
Just loved all the history of the Salt and Peppers, Trader Vics and books. Can not wait to hear about your Rose City Show...still my other heart home..your sharing and just deep learning and genuine intrest and kindness never fails to give one that happy, outlet, I love this hobby feeling...and there really are nice people who do it!! Thanks George.
Love. Love. The cards! Beautiful art of New York. Good job George for educating us on our country history! Love you much…you take your time and explain to it’s totally understandable! Yah. Yah. Yah. Some of us are sloooow learners. Lol 😆 You deliver well.
Tfs George - I always enjoy learning from you! I was glued to the TV every Fri night to watch DALLAS; I have an unopened JR beer can that didn't sell in any of my yard sales. Lol. Hope you're enjoying Summer. Stay safe! Chris in Springfield OH
Good evening, George. I saw the tortoise and hare set on your eBay listings...you're a saved seller 👍 Those are one type of kitsch I can actually appreciate - they actually represent something that can be referenced, from a children's story. That oak skateboard would be a cool item to have. I used to have one of the gas powered aeroplanes when I was younger. No idea what happened to it. I can remember _Dallas_ well...liked _Dynasty_ much better, though. The Abelman Jack-in-the-Pulpit is fantastic! The colours are phenomenal! You have great items listed! All of them should do really well!
I love the Ford memorabilia! It is so much fun to read old correspondence- I have bought old letter collections from WWII and earlier that have been fascinating. And being an ephemera dealer- it is in my wheelhouse!
I once lived just a quick ride to The Southfork Ranch they used as a front, I don't think they ever actually filmed there much, if at all. I did do a drive by out of curiosity. 😂 Thanks for all the info today. xo Yvon
Interestingly, I think, the sterio viewer was prescribed ophthalmologists to treat strabismus, also referred to as crossed eyes. As well as patching the eye with the stronger muscles. 👓
I collect viewer cards. I especially like and and all medical cards, military cards, political presidential cards and anything Florida . I was born and raised in Florida .

Cool hard hat! My great grandfather was a Kentucky coal miner, too!
Interesting!
Thank you for reminding us of Dallas. I almost forgot about it.
It would be fun to tape bummer sticker to car window. It would be a fun distraction in traffic, even a conversation starter while stuck in traffic ! 😂
