- This week on Dyl & Friends, we are joined by one of the biggest names and biggest voices we've ever had. We are joined by none other than Brian "BT" Taylor. BT is a name recognised around the country for his iconic sport commentary that features on national television screens on a weekly basis. BT's story is a humble journey from a young man from Mandurah, WA to becoming the central figure in AFL Commentary in the country. Opens the interview by roasting Dyl for no reason about being injured as a junior (just a fractured skull and two broken ankles, no biggy), spends most of the interview complaining about anyone who doesn't entertain his goldfish attention span or who deviates slightly from his stereotypes, makes snide comments about players, other commentators, officials, coaches, openly admits he has no interest in any technical aspects of the game, and tops it off by confirming he acts like a dickhead at Lorne. Not sure what people see in him but each to their own! Give me the grace and humility of a Cometti or a McAvaney any day.
It's all well and good to say "There's no resilience in today's society" How about talking about some ways to get some more resilience
