Garage Door Weather Stripping [Stop water from running into Garage]

I bought "Jin&Bao Universal Garage Door Threshold Seal Strip, Bottom Weather Stripping Replacement Rubber Waterproof 20 FT Length" from Amazon.com, and in this video, I review the product and fully install it.
The problem I am trying to solve is we have been getting water even though our barn door is closed. In addition, during the winter snow has been coming through the bottom during the winter months.

You know what I would do is read the instructions and put the stripping the right way, “two yellow lines face outward”.

been looking at these for months now, mainly to help "seal" out cold air in winter in a heated shed. I can barely see some daylight with door closed, do you think this would help for that. Love your commentary by the way

I just bought three 10 footers from Amazon. I too have water coming inside below the roll-up doors. Each of my 10 foot strips came with its own 10 oz tube of black waterproof adhesive. I have no clue if these weather strips are worth their money but I think my strips came with a pictured diagram and I think they stated how to place them inside your entrance. Have you had any issues with your weather strip since you installed it?

Well…shortly after I put mine in I drove the tractor out of the building and didn’t realize the box blade was down and essentially tore mine out. A company sent me one in exchange of making a CZcams video but I haven’t done that yet.
