Why me, as a foreigner, can understand both accents from France and Quebec but French people can't understand them?
They speak french as their mother tongue, they're supposed to understand better all accents from french language.
She has a pretty light accent and she don't use very specific expressions, every french would understand her.... When frenchs say they don't understand it's when it's way thicker than that.
wow 👌 As a french canadian, a part of me think that is laziness or condescending. Like France was powefull and we are only the child. ++ As a nation, quebec people have a feeling and attitude sometime that we are noting (porteur d'eau) or, want to be kind with foreigners. I mean, be affirmative and confidant with our culture and language is difficult for some people.

The slang and strong local accent are what are hard to understand. She is speaking standard French which all French-speakers will understand.

I want to know if they speak English with American accent ?
We learn American English in school and try to imitate the American accent but of course most of us have our own French Canadian accent when speaking English.
They have a French Canadian accent, but the English anyone learns in Canada is Canadian English.

Je suis quebecoise et la culture feminine me decourage et m'inspire par moment. La germaine hyper presente. Sous toutes reserves, on dirait que nous agissions en homme a l'americaine. Peu ou pas de sensualité. Seduire une femme quebecoise ou se faire seduire en tant que femme, un gros bordel et surtout ces temps ci. Ouff !
