Everyone around us thought we were a perfect couple and no one could compare… We were stunning: we both were young, attractive and insanely successful. But nobody knew that I’d often lock myself in different rooms at night just so that my husband wouldn’t find me.
And nobody knew that I prayed every day just so that God wouldn’t give me a baby, so that I’d turn out to be infertile; otherwise my baby would be born to parents who felt nothing but resentment and hate for each other.
But God had a different plan for me and one day I saw the dreaded two lines on a pregnancy test…

I have to say one thing ..she amazing first a husband then a boyfriend ..the so called friends use her ..she had a hard life and brought me to tears because my brother in law . cames very close to home . your story's are wonderful.. I'm glad that waitress did the right thing and helped get that evil tyrant behind bars. Those two girls need all the help they could get and that waitress helped. Someone witnessed him lock a child in the closet, and the police found her there, likely with the key in his pocket. Even if he manages to get out of jail, his reputation will be ruined.
The man here was beyond awful. He tried to get Samantha's sister sent to an orphanage just because Samantha wouldn't flatter him.
If the only BLACKMAIL LEVERAGE he has over her is sending the younger sister to an orphanage then how will he keep her from divorcing him when the girl turns 18?
By baby trapping her. Then he could threaten that child and keep trying to baby trap her.
Kate did the right thing; she saved both Samantha and her sister. Since Samantha is pregnant, what will happen to the baby? Ethan should be ashamed of himself, and he got what he deserved in the end. He should have left Samantha and her sister alone from the beginning.
There should be a part two.
Ethan was a creeper, his old behind chasing after women young enough to be his daughter. He treated that young woman worse than a monster. We're nobody's property and thank God for people like Kate who noticed that Samantha was in trouble and saved her and her sister.
Don't turn your back on those in trouble sometimes your consideration can save a life because Kate did saved Samantha and her little sister from Ethan's cruelty and abuse

It's easy to just ignore things and tell yourself it's not your problem, especially when the odds are against you. But evil often prospers when capable people do nothing. It's a complicated issue but helping others when they need it DOES make the world a better place for them.

I posted some great karma above for her. It involves the woman she helped to save getting rich from the divorce settlement and buying her the restaurant so that she can OWN the business instead of just working there.
Ethan was the one who was arrogant. Not Samantha. I hope he learns a very valuable lesson in prison under either Bubba or Mandingo.

Samatha's husband Ethan is a heartless monster who shows no remorse or guilt for what he did to as he continued to control, abuse, threaten and bully poor Samatha all because he had blackmail her to do what he wants since he had locked her younger sister in the basement . But I'm glad that she and her sister are safe thank to the waitress as she witness this whole thing and call the police straight away to arrest Ethan before he's about to harm them more. I don't know what has happen after that but I bet that Ethan is sentence to prison for live and Samatha had file for divorce as she's finally free from him and maybe inhert all of Ethan's money and fortune too.
Had he not gotten caught and had he gotten the "heir" he wanted it would have resulted in a very very unhappy childhood for the boy (or girl). He would NOT love his child. It is my belief that it is impossible for a man to love their child AND treat their child's mother terribly. It is a package deal. If you horribly abuse your wife then you cannot truly love the child you have together.

Most of the time they drink and take pills to cope with the lives they chose. Or they turn into Harpies that look down on others. BUT you never see a genuine loving smile. Their eyes are ether empty, or dulled by the dead spirit.
Kate was a real hero! That was very brave what she did! If she hadn’t followed them and got the police when she did, the situation could’ve ended up MUCH worse for poor Samantha and her sister! That monster could’ve ended up killing one or both of them! He was so heartless and evil... I hope he has a miserable time in prison! 😡

This guy isn't insane, he's evil.
Um.... I am not even sure its that happy an ending. She is not rich herself and not only does she need to take care of her little sister until the girl is 18 but she is PREGNANT and has to afford to RAISE A BABY. The husband had already notified child protective services to convince them that she could not handle raising her younger sister on her own.
Now she has to do that for several more years AND raise a baby, she had a positive pregnancy test.
The ending I wanted to see was this:
She officially divorces him and he is taken from prison in handcuffs to the divorce court escorted by armed guards. The judge is horrified at his abuse and cruelty and awards almost all of his wealth to his ex wife, making her a multimillionaire. His ex wife has the baby and her now teenaged sister helps to raise her nephew. The waitress lady is now considered an honorary member of their family and is the now wealthy lady's closest friend. Her dream was to own her own restaurant as opposed to just working as a waitress at a restaurant someone else owns so the now wealthy divorcee as a gift to thank her for helping to save her and her sister (and baby) buys the restaurant and makes her the official owner.
Fast forward 15 years or so. She has invested the money wisely, maybe even started some businesses of her own and not only has she become VERY successful, even wealthier than her ex husband had been but she becomes somewhat famous as an advocate for abused and exploited women and has even set up an organization designed to help other women who were in abusive situations similar to her own.
She and her husband (she has remarried to a wonderful man who loves and appreciates her) Leave a restaurant where they had just had a wonderful meal. Maybe it is a celebration of some kind like a birthday. It is the restaurant owned by her friend. They are with her now mid 20s aged sister and 14 year old son. The family is walking down the street and they pass by a homeless person who is dressed in tattered rags and is scrounging around in the garbage can looking for scraps of food. I will not insult your intelligence by telling you WHO that old homeless person is.....
She did NOT get pregnant !!

It really depends on the people. Not all older people are creepy, arrogant, & controlling like Ethan. There are plenty of young people who willingly got married to older people & they are very happy together. Age doesn't matter as long as both partners are of legal age, truly love each other, respect each other, & value each other. Old age is not terrible at all: lots of older people are very wise & respectable. Besides, everyone is going to get old eventually; youth is temporary

This is very stupid of him asking and begging her to be with her! She should observe him! He's not a good and loving person!
