Blondie, Siouxsie & The Banshees and The Pretenders just to name a few. Garbage are a great band, glad to see them still working together and making music. It made teenage me feel less alone, and I thought 'ok if the most beautiful woman I've ever seen feels ugly, then maybe what I see isn't what others see.' Second, this song is like a love song for people with borderline personality disorder. It goes back and forth between 'I'm not good enough' to 'I don't trust you... because I'm not good enough... I don't want to lose you!' Not gonna lie, that's why I'm listening right now, in 2018. I didn't fully understand when I was 17 because I had not had that serious of a relationship yet, but after years of these conflicts and starting therapy I now know why I feel this song so much!
