Methods are many, principles are few. Methods change, principles never do.
This is an important rhyme because we must first understand the principles deeply, then we can use different methods to achieve the goals we're after when it comes to changing our body.
In this video I cover one the main ways we structure a workout within a training block and I break down a lot of the "what", "how" and "why" behind it. One of the things I promote heavily is training that both gets results AND keeps you healthy and injury-free so that you can have longevity (not to mention that not getting hurt keeps you more consistent which then gets you better results).
I still filter everything through the R7 system of training and then break that down even deeper for each workout session.
I'l continue to share and educate more on what we do and how to effectively train yourself and your clients for the best possible results short and long-term.

Nice edit! And good content too. I'd increase the audio level of your voice or lower the audio level of the music.

@@Luka-Hocevar With your subscriber base which is a joke, losing 1 person is a huge hit. I am surprised you are not begging me to stay, but then again it's clear you don't have any public relation skills or charisma and no technical ability at all. After 11 years you have 50K subs and after 4-5 years Cris Heria has 7 million on his personal and official channels, ROFL. Let's see, I think 7 million is more than 50,000, LOL.

@@mdellyd the people that train athletes tend to have lower subscribers than fuckbois. Ian king for example has 1.09k subscribers and trains actual professional athletes. Makes a lot more money and Chris Heria posts remedial videos for nobodies who have no understanding of human anatomy.
