@@khiladi143 the fitness was associated with bodybuilding during the times of Vince Gironda, Steeve Reeves or Reg Park,, bodybuilders at that time didn't use steroids (even if they used them the amount they used was very less, nowadays bodybuilders use 20 times more steroids than those Atheletes at that time),, Bodybuilding as a sport never helped earn money and these bodybuilders spend a ton of money on steroids, supplements and diet,, it's better to hit the gym work out naturally and go to the field to play sports like cricket football or tennis,, being healthy is the most important thing
