Well this is defnly not a good way of doing it. I have learnt another way in a driving school. First put both clutch and break, that will stop your vehicle. Then when u want to move slowly release your clutch to half that point of time it will start vibrating a bit, this is the time u can release your break and can give accelerator. This is very effective way in the fly overs. Try this and let me know.

what if i don't accelerate the car , but release clutch and break , will it move ahead ?? why i am asking this ,if another car is just in front of me at a very short distance and i release the clutch and accelerate then chance are i will hit the car because i may not be able to switch from accelerator to break in a short span of time ,so how to face this problem?
Well abhishek it depends on how steep is that..Say u are driving in a bridges that are inclined around 30 to 35 degress...in that case if u just release the accelarator slowly while it breaks and then taking ur leg from break it will automatically move forward. Yes if u have big steep like say around 55 or 60 degrees than u need to give accelerator immediately else vehicle will start going backwards. Hope this helps.
Well , i got that. But basic commonsense as per my understanding if u are driving a four wheeler and two vehicles are facing each other there should be some considerable distance between the two. If not its going to be an issue and the guy coming down should give way to the guy going up. Thats what basic rule says coz the guy coming down dont have any issues with clutch and break, its the uphill guy always have problem. Else there will always be problem.
5:54 in this case when you'll release the clutch slowly the car will vibrate at some point and at that point you can release your break because it forms a break and now you can accelerate slowly but remember while you are a half clutch situation don't release or press your clutch without pressing the accelerator or the break!

I honestly want to say while driving up hill the cluch control took me -1 years time, and reverse took me 2 years time to be perfect
Till now I sometimes feel little nervous while uphill or doing reverse 8years experience while driving

I don't think there's need of hand brake & this seems to be a difficult method
The most easiest is :-
1- Hold brake & Clutch both
2- slowly leave cluth,
3- You'll feel the car vibrating and ready to move, release brake
This is the easiest one I learned

It's because now all cars have fixed rpm in the clutch also. But old cars don't have them. Hand break is important while you are staying for a long time on uphill. Because the legs need rest & pressing break for long time is not good practice.

This method is great for experienced driver. But if you have parked your car in slope. While releasing clutch you need to release brake also. Immediately the car moves backward. Its very difficult. Let me try the hand brake method.
Always remember in steep hills please use hand brake method. This thing is told by a experienced taxi driver in uttarakhand and i use this everytime in steep hills never faced any problem.

Excellent video Ravi. The first method is the best and effective way to climb uphill or over a bridge for new drivers and the second method for the experienced drivers. You are a good teacher.
It's very tricky at times sp at slopes but you've shown us good methods and giving good details. New drivers only need small and smart ideas and these were explained here, thanks to Ravindar and Satbir bhais for educating us. keep this good work.

Change gears early because that is the most efficient part of the engine. But not too early to stall the engine. And you knoe, check water, oil, filters. That stuff. I'd say to climb hills you need to build up speed so the momentum helps you. I guess hill starting certainly puts stress on your engine and clutch mechanism, correct me guys if I'm wrong

1st gear में Break दबाकर रखे, Clutch को 75% रिलीज करने के बाद गाड़ी vibrate होना शुरू होता है तो तब ब्रेक को पूरा छोड़ दे और accelerate करे।

Har gaadi ke clutch ke design aise ho ki uske payload ke capacity ke bhi upar hai . mathlab pair ke break release karne ki pehle clutch ko dheere dheere release karo jab thak engine par load aao (engine sound difference sunega) aur gaadi thoda vibrate hoga - thab break release karo , gaadi break dabaane ki binaa upward slope me wahi rehjaayenge . plain road pe aise karthe vakth gaadi break release karne par dheere dheere chalne legega , thoda accelerator dabaa bhi sakthe ho agar gaadi me load ho ya phir hill thoda zyada angle me ho tho .

This Handbrake method is used by UK drivers and I like this method too because it will free your right foot from Break pedal and both your foot are on Clutch and Accelerator....👍👍👍👍👍👍

Whenever I start the car from a stationary position on a flat road, my car stalls. I first shift into the 1st gear, then I slowly release the clutch, but instead of smoothly proceeding, my car jumps a few times and stalls.
What should I do?
Not trying to be funny here but have a look at your handbrake,see if its fully down or is engaged.
Release the clutch even more slowly

Bro 1 gear till 20 speed, 40, change to gear 2, then 60 change to gear 3, then 80 change to gear 4 , then 100 change to gear 5

Sir, I felt too much difficulty in stop and go traffic in flyover... I tried peddling method but Vehicle got stalled and after that rolled back and hit the bike...and also while coming out of the parking place it was a small hill near gate vehicle was not moving in first gear so I just pressed acceleration peddle it suddenly crossed the gate and hit the barrier in front... Please any tips... Is it normal for beginners!??

मेरा एक simple que, है .आजकल नयीनयी कंपनीयेंकी बहुत अच्छी तकनीक वाली गाडीया बजार मे आती है .लेकीन कौंनसी भी कंपनीवालोंको ये prob ,आजतक कयों समजमे नही आ रही है .
सभी गाडीया अॕटोमेटीक होती है फिर ये ह्ँडवाला ब्रेक अभी भी ॲटोमेटीक क्युं नही बनाया है .
चढाव मे जब गाडी ठहरती है तब ऐसा ॲटोमेटीक ब्रेक लगणा चाहीये और जब ॲक्सेलटर दबाते है तो ये ब्रेक ॲटोमेटीक रिलीज होना चाहीये .

How to judge the speed breakers at day and at night when we are at 100+ speed when there are no markings on speed breakers on highways and there is no vehicle ahead us from whom we can judge?

It isn't possible or just remember where are the speed breaker from your last drive
I think we shouldn't drive fast on streets/routes which we are driving for the very first time. Once you drive daily on the that route you know when to slow down.
@@vijaybhatt8467 You are right, but actually in city we are good with this issue but on highways where 80-120 speed is normal we face this speed breaker issue especially when there are no markings on speed breakers and some speed breakers are tough to see in day also. Highways should not have speed breakers but still unfortunately we have that issue. We can't relax from focussing on road, though we are focussing on the vehicles and dividers etc.. but here in India we have to focus on road as well for patches, speed breakers etc..apart from vehicles, dividers, animals etc..😔 We have therefore developed a high concentration 😎

Faisal yameen bhai... you can use half clutch also on first gear... this is the best way i think... because in handbreaks and paddling both create some kind of jerk... but halfclutch will never give any jerk... sahi kaha na sir... @Desi Driving School.🙂

how to start on hill without using handbrake
Release ur clutch partially upto a point when the car engine starts to throttle. This position of clutch is called the half clutch position. You can identify it by hearing the sound of the engine. Then u can release the brake and put on accelerator.
That half clutch is also called "Clutch Biting Point". Good explanation by the way.
