Let us know what you think of this video, it's quite different from what we usually make, and took a lot of effort.
Thanks!

Make more videos like this one it's great
Do one for nick
This was a really fun little video, great way to get insight on the bestof the best
moaaaar (or mors...?)
its really good, can go into people that play poe in general as well, like example; phox, RF? why? "story of pohx", Kripparian, what made you premote this game, what do you like? and so on. can even to people like Bex, or Tarke into baeclast, can interview lots of people that are known people in the community for diffrent reasons, but keep it 10-15min shorts.
Was an absolute blast interviewing Ben, and thanks to Ziz and the team for letting me do it. If you have any ideas on how I could improve let me know 👍
Great interview!
This feels like a super professional interview! Its interesting, funny and super informative, buuut i would love to see some faces during the interview (just personal preference) beside that, theres nothing to really improve on here imo🤷♀
@@joshua161 Ultimately I agree with you, but I'd rather not stick a webcam in people's faces in their home, against their comfort.
If we ever do live events then it'd be a different story though.
-Skryah
Would have liked to see a little expansion on his answers, whether it's just agreeing, sharing an anecdote, or asking another question. The format just seemed to be question - answer - next question. Almost felt a little clinical. I did like the questions you had lined up!
Big sil! So happy to hear your voice again man. Breath of fresh air. This was a fantastic interview. Great job on asking the questions we really eant to know. And kudos to Ben for answering them honestly and concisely. (is concisely a word? Lol)
"It's important to watch other people die to mechanics, for two reasons, one it's funny". Absolute gold.

This video was so cool! Love to hear from Ben. I've learned so much the past few leagues just having his stream on in the background and retaining some of the vast amounts of info he spits out while answering questions and theorycrafting. It's crazy how chill he always is and his knowledge of POE is absolutely absurd.
Absolutely fantastic video. Presentation, questions asked, audio quality ,etc. Made me launch up PoE. Excited for the gauntlet!
Wow, these videos are amazing and also good at showcasing the elite of PoE community and their thinking process. Ben has an amazing chill personnality and it's great to hear and see. Great video!
This was awesome, great interview. Ben is such a down-to-earth guy and it's nice hearing his answers. Particularly, the one about what new players should focus on; I've had trouble wording that one to my friends, so I'll have to snag his answer for next time. You go past the 10k hour mark and everything makes you jaded and you start to forget how many things there were to learn about POE... Until your wife starts the game fresh and you re-remember the new player experience (I started on HC with hundreds of deaths, pre-POB, she's starting on SC).
Great video, very interesting to hear how someone falls into the competitive scene for a game and their thoughts on how it stands now. Hope this becomes a series, can't wait to see more.
Nice interview. Ben seems like such a nice and chill dude.
I love this format, so well done and BigSil was a brilliant choice to host - hopefully more to come.
Priceless video. Ben outscales everyone in POE just too good of a player. The reason we know is even if he streams without cam people are just hearing him and understanding.
good stuff. i think its a great idea to get to hear more about the contenders in gauntlet
Really cool video. Interesting to hear Ben's thoughts before the race starts.
Great work, well done! love to hear more inside stuff.
these interview videos are unreal. Great job!
man knows blade trap is fucking broken
copium overload
Your gauntlet build? xdd
@@qwerty-og7cl ppl who say copium are cringe
Dogshit*
damn what an awesome video you guys made, so well done so unique and im so glad i watched it
Much appreaciated video! thanks for such an insight.
Well made interview, and good edits. Enjoyed the whole thing :)
that was great, the only thing I am missing is the rest of the interview :D
no seriously, great idea, wouldn't mind if it was longer.
So excited to see you play!
Great interview! Keep up the good work
Awesome video and enjoyed the Ben Lore of Wow and POE 10/10
I love this. More of these would be amazing.
That was great! Cant wait to watch the Gauntlet
Great to hear an interview format like this. I like it a lot and to me signifies how PoE becomes more of a mainstream game with big iconic "pro" players.
Cool video! thanks Ben and everyone else!
Awesome video! The only thing I’d note is that you added subtitles for the questions but not the answers that Ben gave. Other than that a very well made video!
Ok I somehow I never connected Ben with Ben... You telling me that the entire gauntlet is just two WF raiders from Liquid fighting each other? :D
This was insanely great. Thank you so much to everyone involved. And whoever had the idea of picking some quotes for the intro deserves a raise. Goosebumps.
That was awesome. Thank you!
a chillaxed dude. Playing wow and finding guys to compete with is harder than it looks as well, this person has very high social skills.
I love this format!
very cool format!
So funny to see this video pop up, after I finished watching Ben do Uber Bosses, when other racers were struggling with the normal ones
God bless you Ben 🙏
Didnt realize how young Ben was, i started playing wow when it came out and i was just starting freshman year in HS. I was always the youngest kid in all my raids growing up.
Good interview. Great video.
THE KRIP CORPSE EXPLOSION BOSS VIDEO WAS SO EPIC HAHA
Hi, I've seen one of your video a out Dungeon Siege 2. My father and I are absolute fans of DS2, we have thousands of hours of play under our belts. For a while, we have been trying to make video captures of the game, without success. Dozens of software, change the display, launch the game before launching the recording... nothing works. And we don't use Steam because we have the cd.
Would it be possible to know with which software you made yours? Or do you know another way to do it ?
Thanks in advance ^^
Ive been trying to figure out what mtx does ben use at 1:09 because i like it a LOT. Can someone help me with that?
Great video!
awesome video! more more more!
I used to die to reflect back then and wonder what I was dying to. Decided to do some research on map mods and found out why. From then on, always reflect immune or avoid it.
Then you lern that Righteous Fire cant Be reflected because It counts as a DOT. so No worries there , lol.
With the silhouette in the thumbnail I was expecting ziz in a wig and fake mustache. Would have been a great intro joke too lol
Great video! You should do long format interviews/discussions similar to Lex Fridman or Joe Rogan, but with PoE people. Would be sick :)
I appreciate this very, very much, ty! 💪
Enjoyed the video 👍
I would love it if races was that it was the amount of speed it takes you from making your first character of the league to killing the boss so you can play for 1 hour stop and then come back 5 hours later and continue your race so it was based on gameplay hours instead. Always when it comes to these things I always think "oh they are unemployed or taken some vacation days to be available to play, and told their close ones that they wont be sleeping for the next 48 hours.
I've learned so much from listening and watching Ben. As someone who is extremely casual, Ben has made my time in PoE so much more enjoyable with the knowledge he passes on each stream. I went from getting to maps in a week, to getting to maps in a day; full cleared atlas, and bosses in the time it used to take me just to get to maps. I would certainly dub' him best PoE player in the world, not only because of his performance, but also because of his knowledge.
The man. The legend. The Ben.
Excellent interview. Almost feels too high quality for Poe, makes me wish more were like this
Ben always seemed to me like someone who just excels at games, there's a similiar mindset and way of thiking in people who 'happen' to be excellent at multiple games. Critical thinking and also being able to self-reflect criticaly (failure is the richest learning resource) is always a common theme. Armchair psychologist aside, love the video format and hearing from Ben!
I swear when i saw this video 15h ago this video was name "Who is the BEST Path of Exile player in the world"
Go Ben Go!
Is there anyone here who can tell me what the music is playing at 11:37?
This was fun
Wet our beaks. Now we need interviews from all the top class rankings folks.
That Havoc name drop, Respect to Ben!
Nice one!
crazy intro!
I loved the format! The interviewer and Ben were well-spoken and there was no dull moment or really poor answer. The footage too was high quality and I found myself watching the gameplay as I listened to the chat. Keep these up!
What a nice guy, he even didn´t choose Ziz for the fist fight ;-)
Love this content
When it comes to cooking Gordon is an absolute expert at roasting literally anyone for the flaws in their approach to it
Thanks lads
Ben vs Slipperyjim would be close
lol just let havoc kill ben instantly! :D great interview!
What happened to Havoc?
Can we expect for having more than 1 gauntlet in 1 league? I wish it could.
i really liked this! would love more!
how many hours does he got in poe?
Good interview, Ben seems like a top bloke. Bizarre last question though...
Just pick Quin for the fist fight, even if he manages to land a punch it will do zero damage
Why would you not start Scion?
god gamer
This video was great. I'd love to see more content like this.
My only critique is that I had no idea what this video was about before I clicked on it. I almost didn't click on this, and this is exactly the type of video I would watch. The thumbnail and title are a little too clickbaity. Maybe rename the video "An interview with the current best Path of Exile player"
Hello I’m still pretty new to the game follow the Laurel global chat about a character I made and it sucks. I’m on level 97 and I only do about I think 100 K damage and my builders all over the place. Can you help ?
music @ 6:33? anyone? mesmerising
Respect to ben for saying archnem is just rebranded and not sugar coating
Keep it real brother
Much love and respect
i thought its gonna be lightee
i got caught offguard when it was ben i was sure that it was quinn
the thing about the game, it's like a university. You have to learn a lot, and when you play it's like an exam
Quinn had cold during interview or his voice just changed, can't understand? Didn't knew his real name is Ben. Nice.
Not interviewing Quin Sadge
hearing ben fanboy over havoc and kripp just hits me right in the memberberries :')
The answer to the last question is anyone but Lily - she’ll kick your ass.
top notch racer
Nice video
I fucking love Ben. Truly a god gamer
Good video
nice!
love this more plzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
Ben is goated tho, absolute beast of a player
Why dont you ban EA or Jugg?
Ben is so nice!
We all love and respect Ben for being the best, but we all bow to Alk for the XD’s. Great interview.
I know that guy - he is me!
yall wrong for that last question lmfaooo
I like bossing too, I wish I wasn't so terrible at it. I still haven't beaten regular Maven or any ubers and the build I played this league was arguably the strongest build I've ever played. I killed The Feared no problem but Maven's final phase just breaks my brain, and since I don't play ssf I feel like I'm wasting a divine everytime I try and fail so practicing is hard because I just sell the writs most of the time.
if u can try to ignore the price of the writ. treat it as an investment. u have to constantly fight bosses until you get good at them, even if each try u are losing money. when u finally master it, you will rarely ever fail. if you're really trying to improve, u have to do those steps
if u have currency on standard i would just blow it on bosses as long as u have a decent gear char
@@mtxumi Playing on standard is a good idea. I'm also planning on trying ssf for the first time next league and since there won't be anyone to trade with, I'll have no choice but to run my invites xD
Ben is awesome :)
