extension to the above question where we need to display the country name when you select a country in the slicer..
if you need to display list of countries by a delimeter when you choose multiple countries in the slicer, use the below dax expression in the measure,
Selected Countries =
VAR _countriesList = CONCATENATEX(DISTINCT(Sheet1[CountryName]), Sheet1[CountryName], ", ")
RETURN
SWITCH(TRUE(), ISFILTERED(Sheet1[CountryName]),
_countriesList, "Please Select Country To Display")

to clear the filters for all the slicers we can a new option available in power bi...where we can go to the actions of the image object and select the type as "clear all slicers"

How to check loading time of the any visual?how to avoid it if visual is taking 10 sec to load and that visual is very important
Go to Format-->performance analyzer to see the timings.
As to optimize your query/visual timings is a lengthy process sometimes depending on your data and complexity of measures.

What's the answer for 3rd Question ? Does all function Override a page level filter or Report level Filter
It overrides both
