dont use inline styling you are violating separate of concern software engineering principle and your code will become hard to read and hard to debug so avoid using inline styling :)

The files aren't cached and each time viewing the page, it's treated as first time visiting even if you go to a different page on the same site. There are many benefits to each, and it's up to the developer to decide which would be better suited on a per project basis. Sometimes its best to use inline for the important parts of the landing page and use external for the rest of the site.
