As someone that grew up watching the movies I actually liked the stitched up look a lot like the normal appearance. Though yeah I know what you mean some scenes of the movie give him a design totally different from what is usually seen. Overall I like the design including this Pixar one but there's something more unsettling about the no eyebrows Chucky than I'm used to.
