Beethoven's 6th Symphony (Pastoral)
A Love of Nature
The Pastoral Symphony is a charming masterpiece which both paints a picture of nature and describes man's feelings towards it. Beethoven's great love of nature, the delight in strolling through the countryside in Vienna, the fact that he always found his equilibrium in the heart of nature, all these inspired him to create his sixth symphony.
Beethoven's 6th Symphony is filled with colorful sounds, simple folk tunes, nice development, and a feeling of calm beauty. It contains meaningful emotional aspect which reflects mankind's feelings towards the natural world.
Beethoven began sketching out his 6th symphony in 1802 and finished it in 1808. "How happy I am to be able to walk among the shrubs, the trees, the woods, the grass and the rocks! For the woods, the trees and the rocks give man the resonance he needs," Beethoven said in the summer of 1808. The premiere of the 6th Symphony was probably the grandest musical event in Beethoven's life. It was a massive concert packed with indelible moments of brand new Beethoven music!
This programmatic endeavor is clearly expressed through the suggestive title of the symphony, as well as through the titles of each movement. When Beethoven found refuge in the midst of nature, he jotted down themes inspired by the trill of birds, the trickling of creeks or the rustle of leaves. In a notebook from 1803 was found an outline of a river's trickling with the additional note: "The greater the river, the more grave the tone."
Beethoven spread out the symphony into five movements and gave each movement a little subtitle explaining what it was about.
I. "Happy Arrival" (Awakening of cheerful feelings upon arrival in the country)
The Pastoral symphony opens with warmth and calm, setting the scene as we arrive in the countryside. This has a programmatic indication. In this movement, we find a genuine popular sonority through the choice of instruments neatly weaved together. [Allegro ma non troppo]
II. "By the Brook" (The natural scene of the stream)
This slow movement is a beautiful depiction of the delicate nature of... nature itself. It is a wonderful scene of nature with exceptionally musical themes in the pure pastoral air. You can almost breathe the fresh country air! It is more of a description of sensations rather than images. Towards the end, we find the onomatopoeic sounds of birds. [Andante molto mosso]
III. "Merrymaking" (Joyful gathering of countryfolk)
Now we turn our attention to the loud, jolly peasants who live in the countryside. Here we see them celebrate with a joyful dance. Of course, these are simple folks, so the music itself is simple, but very energetic. [Allegro]
IV. "ThunderStorm" (Heavy rumblings of natural forces) 29:21
With no pause between the previous movement and this movement, there is a dramatic surprise, hinting at trouble ahead. Yes, a storm is brewing! Beethoven inserts fantastic lightning crashes and a whirl of wind. He renders the stages of the storm as it unravels on the horizon and moves closer more and more threatening. The instruments with grave chords - cellos and double basses - through their sounds announce the storm, then the staccato sounds of the violins render the falling raindrops, and through the timpani and the flutes we sense the thunder and lightning. Then comes the rainbow. Above all these images, we feel the tense disposition that captures man facing the realities of nature. There is an urgent sense of human fear since humanity is powerless against the forces of nature. When the storm is over, all living creatures come to the surface, taking their place in the natural cycle. This is rendered by a choral of flutes which come as a sunray. [Allegro]
V. "Shepherd's Song" (Expression of thanks when the storm is over)
As the storm fades away, all the animals emerge, and there's a general feeling of relief. Sunshine reappears, and everyone's mind is relaxed again. This is the song of gratitude towards nature. It is a calm movement, full of grace. It starts out quiet, but quickly gets faster and happier. The music is fairly simple, but this makes its emotions of gratitude endearing. [Allegretto]
Beethoven's Pastoral Symphony, through its simplicity, is just sincere and natural. - Hudba
36:26 The most beautiful music ever written. The 6th was my first LP. I bought it at 14 years old with money I earned working for a farmer who was a neighbor a half mile down the road. I received a discount on it because a corner of the cover was damaged. It is still in my collection, greatly treasured.
Absolutely agree brother , this particular movement is amazing
I remember when my beloved husband died many years ago, use to listen to this beautiful music almost every day during those hard days...and I'm happy to say that this was part of my medicine. I have never used antidepressants, sedatives or any other form of pharmaceutical drugs to alleviate any pain...and I belief this precious music has helped me navigate my way through the darkness and lowest point in my life. THANK YOU BEETHOVEN!!!
Bless you, Simi. In my case (near-7 years ago), I by pure chance happened on harpist Amy Turk's "Watching the Wheat." I played it day after day, time after time, somewhat comforted.... (BTW, the Pastoral has always been my most-liked Beethoven symphony.)
❤❤❤
I listened to Beethoven's 6th every day for the month I was at home, recovering from a heart attack, in May 2016. This did more good for my blood pressure, peace of mind and hope for my future than any stent, tablet or diet. Sublime! Heaven!! Thanks Ludwig!! :-)
It's ok.
***** Cheers, Elijah! I am always open to education! :-) I am a Registered Nurse and take very good care of my health, including diet. I didn't have any of the typical risk factors associated with MI: not overweight, diabetic, no known family links, normal LDL/HDL cholesterol. It "just happened" - nevertheless, I pay attention to those factors that will help prevent me sustaining another event! Live long. And Prosper! ;-)
Genetic decide how be our healthy. Dr. Michael Greger is next cynic which make money on fear of death and stupid people.Newest proper science research shows sugar{fructose} is poison. Soya should be prohibited as food for human. For white people diet must base on meat.
You should go the ketogenic diet route. stop steak but eat the fatty beef. The carbs are at the heart of all lifestyle sickness. Jesus Christ bless you

I have terminal cancer. When my time comes I want to be on my favourite bench at the Country Park with my dog by my side and this playing.
michael rimmington , in God and through Jesus sacrifice you are healed. All you need is to believe it, confess it and receive it. As simple as that once you have accepted Christ as your Savior. For God, nothing is impossible. 😉👌👍
Don't give up!! Blessings.
I will carry your thought with me. Stay as well as you can. Peace.
I hope you are doing well brother!
Peace be with you @michael rimmington
All you need to do is blah blah and bullshit your way out of cancer? Vulgar thing to say to someone suffering with such a thing! Enjoy your time here on earth, be kind but remain realistic.
Beethoven composed his most beautiful music while deaf ! Superhuman feat of creative genius!
***** He was almost complete deaf by the time he finished it...some think he composed this to remember the sounds of nature, he really loved them.
*****
Yes... read Beethoven biographies. He became deaf. Yet, the music poured out to the end.
I know that .but still....
Probably because he was black.
no
Ludwig's music is the most life-affirming music you'll ever here. The music's complex structure and thought is second to none. I always become quite emotional listening to beethoven's music. His music reaches out to you in a way that no other composer can. Truly inspirational and spirit lifting indeed. In times of heartache and pain, Beethoven lifts you up. Amazing man.
complex indeed, but for all that, still accessible to young children
Its my birthday tradition since i was 14 to listen to the 6th pastoral. Guess what day today is :)
''life-affirming'' is such a perfect way to put it
@@lisawdb1 I'm either awfully late or terribly early but hey, a very happy birthday to you
Only he and JS Bach.
God sent His angels to talk with Beethoven... They talked through music
The most sublime piece of music ever written. Absolute genius
One of the most beautiful Beethoven's Symphonies.
This is uplifting and sublime at all times ! It soaks deep into the heart..... Thank you for this.
the four seasons not vivaldi four seasons this is more the thunder and lightning then the sun comes out and the horns almost overwhelm the violins then the flute
I saw a live performance of this symphony tonight - it was a special moment for me personally. This is my favourite piece of music ever.
***** 'Baby' is cacophony... not symphony.
>:(
+Carl W Having been blessed to have been part of a symphony and to have played this masterpiece, it was my favorite too...until I played and heard the 9th. Oh, bliss.
+Ken Parks - A lesser known Beethoven choral piece is his Choral Fantasy, Op.90. It is the predecessor of the 9th Ode-to-Joy choral. I think you'll find it equally exciting. Couple of YT versions exist. Try this one: /watch?v=H287izzj8HM
Happy listening.
+Ken Parks The 9th is great of course, but it just doesn't resonate with me like the 6th does. There is something special about the 6th that I can't find in any other piece of music. It's magical.
I first listened to this masterpiece in late 80s and ever since have been obsessed with this. First time I heard, it was running through my system for 3 continuous days! Absolutely brilliant! Beauty is that I have no basic knowledge of western classical, then how I am enjoying it?! May be some connection in my last birth!
This is the most beautiful piece of classical music I have ever heard.
Yes! It's fantastic! Beautiful 🥰
good
This takes me to another place and away from the constant pain I suffer from!
me too
Mark Nagle me too
I wish i was happy..
Me too. The power of music heal.
Me too, Mark! Best wishes from BC Canada.
They played this in the movie Soylent Green....What a masterpiece!!Thank you and God bless...🙏🙌💜
Listening this symphony I image I am in the country side anywhere watching the nature, the storm coming, all the sounds of the storm, then the calm, the sun and the rainbow appear. It is wonderful of how the music makes the imagination works. Beethoven's music has this great magic. I hope one day everybody could listen the music of one of the greatest composer.
Soylent Green made this with you.
I'm a long time fan of Classic Rock, Metal etc... But this has, since birth, been one of my favourite pieces of Music ever! Lots of memories of listening to it with my Dad :)
Sam I think you have the best possible attitude to music. Have an open mind and wherever you look you will find an inexhaustible supply of every kind of music worth listening to; more in fact than one could possibly take in over several lifetimes. At this very moment on Mount Olympus Beethoven, Jimi Hendrix, Mozart and George Harrison are probably debating chord progressions over their flagons of finest wine
Sam Bleaden. I've played drums in rock bands. My dad loved classical music & Beethoven as well. Whenever l hear Ludwig now, I think of my dearly departed father...memories.
Listening to this reminds me that humanity isn't all bad
you are wrong
Listen to me : fuck you. Humanity is literrally the best things that happened on earth
sune olivier - No, humanity isn't all bad. There's a lot of bad. There's also a lot of good. If there wasn't a lot of good, we wouldn't be here. We are here!
Whop!
White people created this. That portion of humanity has a connection with the divine.
Walt Disney's Fantasia is where i first heard this, loved the animation they had put with it.
yes, the Fantasia animation was all the sugar and cheese version of Classical Antiquity,
but it was utterly charming nevertheless
By the brook music-It's perfect for a scene when the stegosaurus family meets the wise iguanodon (from how the littlest stegosaurus got his plates)
One of the best symphonies composed by Beethoven. What a genius to composing this as if we are in a calm scenery of countryside!
I've had the good fortune and the magical experience to walk in the footsteps of Beethoven in the very place that inspired this music, through Heilegin park across to Modling and Dobling, it was magical for mr
Will never die for many more years to come. The best of music era.
Huh ?
U were there ?
listening to this in the hospital, absolutely perfect!...
+Madeleine Baier I hope you are well! :)
Dubbie Alenichev thanks, I'm fine! I just finished my 10 day course of antibiotics.
Don't know you Madeleine, but I can imagine you as beautiful as this 6th, so get well, soon, my lady! An angel of humanity is looking out for you, and it's in this symphony!
Good thing you weren't catching Soylent Green while you were there too.
Alastair Ward *Soylent Green is People! Soylent Green is People*!
One of my all time favourite pieces by any composer. Superb. The Shepherd's Song is so uplifting it just makes you glad to be alive.
That movement is music for the people!
Listening to that movement 'Hirtengesang' its German name, after just having lost a dear cat that same day brought tears to my eyes. So emotional indeed.
I love this music no 6 symphony awakening pastoral happy arrival
Beethoven is a real genius!! love his music
To sit back in my armchair with my headphones on and listen to such marvellous music while sipping a single malt. What bliss.
Alan Smith
And have those disturbing ads now and then...
This Beautiful piece always reminds me of my Father rehearsing in his studio at home during the 1950s ( he played Violin at Covent Garden ) and It's always been one of my favourites
Such a creator. Such a soothing symphony. Love it! Can listen to it every day.
Beethoven's Pastoral Symphony is a masterpiece which ignites a very reflective mood and puts one's mind at peace with nature. I just love this remarkable symphony
Wer die Pastorale von Beethoven gehört hat, hat nicht sinnlos gelebt. Die Schönheit dieser Musik rührt mich immer wieder zu Tränen.
The first movement is called "awakening of pleasant feelings on arriving in the country" (I think) and always reminds me of the magnificent countryside around Royal Deeside, Scotland, with its flowing river, huge hills and mountains, magnificent forests and rolling clouds.
You really can't beat Scotland when it comes to breathtaking landscapes
Try the entrance to Yosemite from Highway 395 - "This is the forest primeval, the murmuring pines and the chestnuts..." or any other entrance.
New Zealand owns bro.
When assessing Beethoven's symphonies, I can't think of which one is my favorite - until I realize that my favorite is the last one I've listened to. This symphony is just simply marvelous.
while driving around Vienna I could not find the woods and brook that inspired him to compose the 6th, but I found a lovely hillside free of people and conducted the 6th to a large gathering of wildflowers It went well in my own mind (:
I love this comment :)
when I walk in the nature, sometimes this song starts play in my head :)
When I wander at the seashore Mendelsohn's violin concerto comes into my mind.
How wonderful!!! Thanks for your input!!!
I have loved this 6th symphony since childhood and would never have imagined that - after spending most of my life in Asia, Australia, Africa and many European countries - I would some day end up living in Mödling (south of Vienna) where Beethoven spent many summers walking in the forests and hills where he got his inspiration for this wonderful music. Every time I go for a walk with my children and pass by one of the buildings he used to live these tunes come to my mind.
I've never been a huge fan of Beethoven, but his Pastoral Symphony is simply exquisite. Bursting with joyous and tender melodies and harmonies throughout, and an absolute delight from start to finish.
I have been listening to B6th for over 50 years and I have never, ever tired of it. It is always fresh and new every time I hear it. I especially love a piano solo.
I believe this is the most amazing symphony I have ever heard. I simply adore it.
Wow, My best friend, I liked the video very much, thanks you for sharing, stay safe, stay blessed
I am now in a blissful state. Thank you.
Absolutely a masterpiece!!!
You are sexy
@@the_billionaire_way sorry for you Dusan Milic
What?
Beethoven c'est comme la bicyclette... on aime toujours ;)
24:42 to 25:00 is absolute bliss. just perfect.
I love the way 1:10 sounds. In my school orchestra we played part 1 of this piece.
¡ AL SONIDO LE FALTAN ESCENAS PICTORICAS !!
¡ SERÍA ALTAMENTE DIGNIFICANTE !!
Holy shit my favorite part too.
Literally reminds me of the "clashing" of life, strife itself and the "horrible beauty" nature can exhibit.
Really like those explosive Beethovian bouts around 27:00 (26:58), no?
All of us react when the music is composed with a fine touch of mathematics & golden ratio. When we will realize our true nature, we will be truly free.
And to really F**k you up : )
read Anthony Borgia - Life in the world unseen. You will find there an acronym (B.A.C.H - and it isn't Bach ) that will make you be truly free.
it worked in my case.
The 3rd movement is my favorite! So joyous :)
We had the last movement of Beethoven's 6th, transcribed for organ, played at our wedding. After the service we rudely deserted our waiting family & friends to run back into the church to listen to the end of this wonderful symphony.
The first movement, aww so beautiful, when I started to listen classical music, this symphony became one of my favourites! ❤
That first movement is breathtaking.
The part after the thunderstorm is the best.
I love that part.
The Mankind is capable of cruel things.
And create beautiful masterpieces like this. :)
I think this is a much superior masterpiece from Beethoven than his Ninth Symphony. I don’t think the Ninth is his all time best like everyone says it is.
The big difference is when he wrote the 6th , he had hearing . After the 8th , Beethoven was stone deaf ! No human could fathom how he conducted it with 1/2 the music on paper , and the other 1/2 in his head !
1:42 is filled with so much happiness and energy
A timeless, ethereal expression to share, a fragility recreated by talented musicians each time it is played. Inspiring. Surely Beethoven lives on through his music.
not kidding the visuals are really good holy cow. especially around thunderstorm
My all time favorite symphony, thank you Beethoven
The passage between 36:25 and 37:10 (in 5th movement) is absolute beauty... though the whole work is magnificent; restores faith in life.
Reminds me of my Dad who sadly passed away 11 November 2014. This was his favourite piece of music. x
David Brown God Bless Him, Dave!!!
Thank you for that., Mike.
David Brown That's O.K. Dave! I am sure he was and in a way still is a 'Lovely' man!
David Brown I played this at my father's funeral.
Allan Ostermann Bless Him, Allan!
This piece of music, has been part of my life since a very young age. When it truly struck me as to it's powerful reliance, is when I watched the movie
I discovered this piece in a barbie movie as a child and it is one of the many pieces that inspired me to play the violin and here I am ten years later and still playing. Thankful for the movies of my childhood for bringing me wonderful music.
I always think of fantasia wen I hear this :) my favorite Beethoven symphony
I can't help but see friendly dinosaurs, pterodactyls, little Compsognathus, Troodons [a theropod], and a T-Rex family in my idea, cool.
Cool dinosaur idea
I know absolutely nothing about classical music, but I love this.
Music Love .......... ludwig .... van .... beethoven...... LOVE ....😍
I just love to listen to this symphony
Fue la primera música que escuché de muy pequeña Y me ponía muy nerviosa quizás porque no estaba acostumbrada a oir tanta belleza Gracias a él, empezó a gustarme la música clásica
Too many years in this country fail me to write in spanish, but like you Tamara, since I was a small child learned from my father to love all classical music. This symphony has the magic to make me intensively happy, pensive, and completely love nature in all its forms. Thanks Beethoven for your genius, that will stay forever and ever with classical music lovers like Tamara and myself.
Listening to this after decades of not hearing it, brought me back to the time in my youth when I had a forest of unfulfilled ideals to achieve.
200 years and more and this is still No.1
Magnificent as every Beethoven Symphony!!
I listen to this and I suddenly see Pieter Bruegel's "wedding dance" in my head. One of my favorite pieces of musicals my favorite painting.
'LA PASTORAL', yes the pace is fast, but the melody carries the soul thru a quick review of one's life, mother nature and the events of human interaction when one is concentrating deeply. It is said that some individuals choose this particular symphony to listen to while they're agonizing on their death bed. I think it is Beethoven's most uplifting spiritual piece. Extraordinary poem "By the countryside', it rhymes so well with the Bee...#6!!!! Thank you Fndo.
Love it!!!
at 9:40, i had so much goosebumps that i thought it was snowing in my office !
La Hu oh my god!? Really?! Snowing in your office!? How absurd...
I can't help but see centaurs, pans, little cupids and a donkey.
Wow, i will have the same drugs.
Ed Ram dude, fantasia
I see the children of Springfield playing outside free from television's hypnotic glow
Could it possibly be you once were watching Disney movies... ;)
FijiUnited - that is the first thing I see too. Who says you can't learn something from the Simpsons? :D
Beautiful! Always a joy to listen to Beethoven's Pastoral Symphony.
The greatest all around musician of any genre of all time. None can eclipse his musical genius though others may have come close. Thank you, LvB, for gifting the world with your genius!!!
El primer movimiento regocija y enaltece el corazón, crea una conexión con la naturaleza. Es hermosa
One of the sublimest works in the entire panoply of human art. Thank you for posting this version. It's a very good one.
Steve Berlin most sublime*, if you're going to use fancy vocabulary, do it right.
Steve - Don't you mean - Most Sublime Experiences.... It can not be "Sublimest. It is either sublime or it is not. Like "Unique" There is no - Most one of a kind experience.
What a good song to relax to while planning mind games against class C.
If I have just 2 hours to live before i die, this is what I would like to hear , this masterpiece resounding in my ear as I go on my final journey Simply awesome !!!
Just like Edward G. in Soylent Green. Who knows how long he got to listen...scene only last 5 mins.
A incredibly pure rendition of the concerto. Pure magic in Alices' fingers Thank you Sara for having made my day. God bless !!
PLAY THIS THIS AT MY FUNERAL OR I AM NOT GOING
My whole THING in life is classical music!!!
And, this is one of my favorites!!! I think it
would be fantastic if the piece was played

In spite of his difficult life, Beethoven composed this symphony bursting with wholesomeness, after the storm the air is clean and refreshed. Is it not so with LIFE too?😊👍
My favourite Beethoven symphony! It transports us from the "real world" to the countryside - a very welcome diversion from the problems of the real world!
So great, as all Beethoven's symphonies!! Inspiring, sweet and markant at all times
Imortal Beethoven 🎵🎵🎵🎵🎵🎵🎵🎵
UNIVERSAL MUSIC! THANKS GERMÁNY 🇩🇪! 💙
I love how this is laid out in selectable tracks. Brilliant.
I Love beethoven .💘
I'm so excited to play this in a few weeks! There are some nice oboe bits.
There are some nice everything bits :D
Rarvesh Saul true but i play the oboe so i notice those parts first :D
Hi, since you're active, I should ask you something:
what does op. stand for?
for example
Sonata in F minor, op. 2, no. 1
Sonata in A major, op. 2, no. 2
Rarvesh Saul, with any effort you could easily look this up yourself, but I am feeling generous today, so....."Op" is an abbreviation for Opus, and it is a system of identifying works of art, whether music, painting, sculpture, writing, whatever. Especially with 'classical' composers, who often wrote copious amounts of music at a time when the convention was to name music solely according to its form (symphony, concerto, sonata, etc) plus whatever key it was in.... this often left lots of duplication in the names. So, to tell similarly named pieces by the same composer apart, somebody (the composer himself, or his publisher, or whoever cataloged his music after his death) would group music into sets and give each set an 'opus number', and usually there would be no duplicated piece names within a given opus. Often, pieces with a given opus were also given additional numbers, e.g. Symphony in C major, Op. 4, No. 1. Sometimes a composer's opus numbers are in the approximate order of composition, other times the opus numbers are according to some other system.
In short its the order in which the pieces were published (not necessarily in order of composition), at least in Beethoven's case
Every year for my exams I listen to this, never gets old!
Makes me think of my days spent in Germany as a military wife with my young family on the glorious Luneberg Heath. Winters were harsh but enjoyable nonetheless, but Springs, Summers and Autumns were wonderful. Of course, this is not the only music that enthralls me and brings back memories, but it is a special favourite of mine.
My absolute favorite out of the glorious nine
I agree.
I agree on 6th...but love the 9th and 5th as much I believe.
Me too! Karajan/Berlin Phil 1982 is my favorite recording of choice :)
This title goes to the 7th from me.
The allegretto part is the closest thing to eternity I've found so far.
I am reading Red Mars and this song is referenced, decided to look it up while I read the excerpt. :)
The crew flying to Mars receives notice of a solar flare heading their way. They retreat to a protective chamber and wait it out to this music.
"Arkady went to a terminal and called up Beethoven's Pastoral Symphony, picking it up in the third movement, when the village dance is disrupted by storm. He turned up the volume, and they floated together in the long half-cylinder, listening to the intensity of Beethoven's fierce tempest, which suddenly seemed to enunciate perfectly the lashings of the silent wind pouring through them."
+Jonathan Winegar Red Mars brought me here too! The description in the book is pretty awesome!
Also here because of Red Mars!
One Of My Very Favorites! Beethoven was a genius.
My first movie at the cinema ever was Fantasia. (Mid 70's, small town NSW Australia). This led me to a love of classical music and ballet. To the people who scorn Disney for ruining Beethoven, have you ever thought to consider the people it's converted? The purists need to open their minds
This is at number 4 on my favorite Beethoven symphonies list with the Eroica, Ninth Symphony, and Fifth Symphony above it, in that order and Symphony no. 5 at the top. This is my list:
1. Symphony no. 5 in C Minor -> I just love the drama of this piece
2. Symphony no. 9 in D Minor -> Drama, sudden modulations, and of course, the Finale
3. Eroica Symphony -> Dramatic heroism
4. Pastoral Symphony -> Peaceful Countryside
5. Symphony no. 8 in F Major -> Recall of Mozart’s era overlapping with full blown Romantic era
6. Symphony no. 2 in D Major -> Dramatic comedy, anticipation of the Ninth Symphony
7. Symphony no. 4 in Bb Major -> Major sounds like Minor in this symphony, Extended Third Movement, Double Scherzo and Trio
8. Symphony no. 1 in C Major -> Unusually conservative for Beethoven, only piece of his where I can say for confidence that C Major is treated as a neutral key
9. Symphony no. 7 in A Major -> It simply has to do with not listening to it as much as the others that it’s rank is so low
Amo essa sinfonia pastoral 👏👏👏👏
Listening to this I feel alive!!!!!!!!!!!
Splendid, doar Dumnezeu putea crea omul!
OMG i love this symphony :)
If this is not played at my Funeral- I will protest
They'll play "Another One Bites the Dust".
This is not a piece for a funeral, but appropiate right for the total contrary.
Mozarts requiem*
My dad requested that this is played at his funeral - on Friday, I will be granting his request. I miss my dad, but I will always be grateful that he passed on his love of classical music to me. This was one of his absolute favourites - he loved the countryside and will be laid to rest in a peaceful woodland meadow with this music playing.
Do you know where your nickname came from? It came from here. In the early 1950's, a recording of Kate Smith, a very good singer with considerable embonpoint, singing "America the Beautiful" after every baseball game, football game or other event of those days.
beautiful majestic sublime food for mind body and spirit
Es hermosa, estar cerca de la naturaleza es lo mejor. Es el cielo. Sordo ídem es magnifica toda su música. Gracias por existir.
