On David’s side, you have the shepherd boy who stepped forward to defeat Goliath with a sling and a stone. On the other side, you have a powerful prince who delighted to see the Spirit of God at work and wanted to be part of the plan.
If we want to walk in victory like David and Jonathan, we have to do things God’s way, so we have to know Him and keep our focus on Him and His greater vision. If we want relationships that aren’t just “nice” but actually personify God’s faithfulness, that's where our focus needs to be because we can only give away what’s inside of us.
