Long story behind this, but, I'm living in it as a renovate it and I'm nearing the end (I hope) after replacing the ENTIRE roof and putting in 2 new fans, now I have to redo what I've already done. Anyway, I look forward to watching and learning about what you do inside. My little class c is just a little bit bigger than yours.
Some folks buy adapters or “curbs” that they put down first to square up fan flange due to an imperfectly flat roof. Curious if you considered that or just Feel no need for it ?
Good question! We did consider it, but ultimately decided they were not worth the price. We just doubled the butyl tape inside the ribs and have had zero issues or leaks so far.
