So they inserted water with mystical powers, self playing instruments (which in real life would be freaky) and the daughter is into astrology. Great. Not interested in seeing this. Why does magic and mystical stuff have to be added to everything?? Its getting really old. I preferred the concept of cool inventions based on people thinking things through and being creative
The deep background is that father is a trans man and the mother is a trans woman and the kids are all non-binary and everyone is very happy and resourceful. Even their pet chimp Dale is woke.
As always Disney ruined another movie and attraction. Ruined that last bastion of tranquility in the park that Walt was striving for. It used to be a nice tropical hide away. Now it's just another plastic animatronic shit show. And incidentally the Ostrich's name was Clementine, NOT JANE. Oh, and the first released book of Tarzan was in 1910....almost 100 years AFTER the events of the Robinsons. They would also not have any sort of phonograph, which came out over 50 years after the adventures of the Robinsons. Also, what idiot put a copy of Wyss' masterpiece in the treehouse. Thats just plain gaudy. All the trees, foliage, plants and gardens that secluded the area are gone, destroy the illusion that you are a castaway. Disneyco dishonored the movie, and Walt (AGAIN!) as well as dishonored the original book and Wyss himself. Honestly, I am shocked they did not make it any lamer like to have Iago or genie being some animatronic tour guide through the house. From the Swissfamily Treehouse, to the Disneyco Craphouse.

I loved this attraction as a kid.... 70's..
I love the new design but am just curious why they changed it from Tarzan in the first place?
