An exciting insight into the company Kiesling Kühlfahrzeuge. Niklas Kiesling, Managing Director of Kiesling Fahrzeugbau GmbH, shows the production process and explains what is important in the manufacture of refrigerated bodies.
At the Tomerdingen plant near Ulm, 1400 refrigerated vehicles are produced and delivered to customers every year. The refrigerated vehicles are used to transport pharmaceutical products as well as frozen goods, delicatessen, meat or fish, fruit and vegetables. The most important thing for all customers is a safe transport temperature so that the sensitive goods can always be delivered in top quality. For this purpose, Kiesling offers a high-quality, stable and absolutely hygienic superstructure, which is suitably equipped for every application. The FIP refrigerated body is produced according to a patented system and is the only refrigerated body that is recyclable with a TÜV-certified recycling rate!
The company has introduced many innovations for better, more ergonomic and simpler transportation, e.g. the Cool Slide partition wall system, which saves up to 40% of the refrigeration unit's fuel consumption as a cold retention system.
Other innovations include the Easy Lock magnetic door holder and the Roll Bumper.
Kiesling offers excellent service for the ongoing operation of refrigerated vehicles, including repairs at the factory or at service partners, the range of spare parts in the web store and the fast delivery of accessories or parts for repairs. Kiesling Kühlfahrzeuge was founded over 50 years ago and is now managed by Niklas Kiesling in the 3rd generation.
