- ✓ We feel very much honoured, because in this video we are in the presence of true "Champions".......When it comes to serving up delicious food; all these guys seen here are Champs; because they are at the very "top of their game" on the London Street Food Scene's league table.
Why champions? you may ask, the reason is this; they know how to serve up yummy food (right on time) to all of the discerning lunchtime office workers who regularly flock to their stalls for the very busy lunch time rush hours (which are between 12:00 noon to 2:00pm). Keep in mind that many before have tried and failed, so the hawkers and vendors you see here are the sucessful traders; who have bought to the streets their very own secret recipes and cooking techniques which in turn have allowed them to sucessfully survive in a very competive market.
This is a compiled video showing (not all but) most of the street food traders and hawkers in this market.

Close your eyes and you'll hear the sounds of the sizzle and perhaps hopefully you'll imagine the smell of the delicious aromas coming from the grills, hot plates and griddles, but remember that these are just a couple of the aspects of street food........now open your eyes because the other aspect is the one that feeds your visual sense, so in this video we try our very best to convey and articulate that visual theatre to you; the viewer. The crème de la crème is represented here - so watch & enjoy!
Whitecross Street Market is a magical, bustling Street market that operates Monday to Fridays only......But Please Note: that the best days to visit are Thursdays and Fridays because those are the days when you're most likely to see the full line up of the food stalls. It's well worth visiting this market as it is truly a feast for the senses and your tastebuds! The chances are that just watching this video may just make you feel hungry!

I thought you only showed vegetarian foods...
Yes, 99.9% is vegetarian & vegan (i've been vegan for 1 & 1/2 years now)...
...but very occasionally there will be non-veg especially in some of my older videos.
I try to record much less non-veg, as now i really don't enjoy the smell of non-veg cooking.
May all the animals that died to make this food fest possible go to heaven and rest in peace. 🙏🏼
