I have this watch. I put it on a black strap. I love this watch. The 36 mm is the perfect size. This and my Nomos Campus club 36 mm are my two favorite watches.

"Assy" is assembly. So movement, case and strap were manufactured elsewhere, but the thing was assembled and boxed in the Phillipines.

I've had this watch for a year now. The strap was the least favorite thing for me, so I swapped that out. Other than that, this watch is very good in every way.

I have NATOs on my larger, heavier watches, those that are 40-plus millimeters, but when I opened this Timex, it looked tiny, it was my first 36mm watch. I ordered a few 18mm straps in nylon and leather and now enjoy wearing this watch. As a matter of fact, i ordered the Timex solar 36mm in silver too, which comes on leather and it is as good as the black model, but looks different enough to justify having both.
I have 4 solar watches and keep them on a north facing window sill which gives them constant indirect light for a nice trickle charge. I can grab-and-go any of them and know they are ready to wear, which I can't do with my mechanical watches.

It is just as good if not better, why a 36mm is a very small watch it will surely fit your arm even a chilf can wear this my friend 😏 and if you meant your arms is to big, i believe it comes is 41mm too with date.
