There was so much at that estate sale I would have liked to take home with me, I have been doing and videoing all kinds of creating here however the editing of the videos and getting them posted is very time consuming and I have a backlog. Your Merle Norman find is a blast from the past! When I was finally allowed to wear makeup my mom took me to MN to learn how to apply all the products and then she bought me all the things! What I wouldn’t give to still have the eyeshadow pallet today. We still have a Merle Norman store in my town in Indiana! Fun haul!
What a great memory! Thank you for sharing, wow I had no idea MN was still around, thats so cool. I just remember the goopy pink mask, I can still recall the smell, LOL.
When we moved to Natchez, my Mom and I went to a Merle Norman salon (?), store (?), place, and we got the cleanser and a mask called Miracol. It was a thick liquid that was applied with a mask, worn until it dried and then peeled off. It REALLY stimulated blood flow to the face because it stung so badly when first applied! But, pores were empty! No pore left behind! 🤣🤣 I was dying laughing at the letters and the birthday card. Love the View-master reels. Great toy! I’m a Snoopy lover too. In fact, love all the Peanuts gang, but especially Snoopy, Charlie Brown and Lucy. Thanks for sharing the haul and the great story! ❤
I know exactly where Natchez is, and yes! That pink mask I will never forget the smell. yep those view master reels are always an awesome find! Have a blessed day my friend
