I know I'm not the only one who saw this and said "Man, I need to either draw a LOT more or quit..." The light, the contour and volume, so much work to do. But, if this is the level of realization waiting it will be worth the work. It's a good thing I love it.
Yes, it's still enjoyable whatever amount I do. Although, if I try to get this good, it will require single-minded focus @ several hours /day. I'm probably more like a 1 hour / day artist and 2 on the weekends, strictly a hobbyist.

Bboy Geometry It's ink, I have done something with what they called Chinese Ink at my school, which do the same effect. Though I was cleary in another dimension from him in term of talent.. maybe one day I'll as good but I should buy stuff and practice instead of just dreaming of it haha.

The paper Jung Gi use is "켄트지". I don't know how to say it in English. It's a normal watercolor paper. Not deleter paper.

Yeah you can see pencil work, put the video in HD. But it's not very detailed though, just some basic outlines. He is truly amazing.

for planning and to keep form as well keeping mistakes on inking to a minimum as inking can ruin a whole page. This is done by most mangaka
