You gotta help the young fella in the dark blue shirt get his form changed. Get him to watch some professional archers like on “ competition archery media “ at the ASA events. Maybe see “ bow only outdoors “ learning videos. 👍👍 He needs to know his skill level will probably be marginal at best if he keeps this form. May sound intrusive on my part but it’s the truth. GOOD LUCK!
