engineer is really good. high tech got nerfed so he sucks and plunger is still the same

I'll answer later busy rn but in my opinion it's utc because it stacks attacks like uses every attack at the same time. uts uses 1 attack at a time
They buffed titan speakerman now it cost a hundred thousand but does more damage
It’s still not balanced the dev team said

go for mech or titan speaker thats ur choice. mech got slightly more damage i think. titan speaker has knockback
