I'm not sure whether to get the new macbook pro or an imac to replace my 2008 macbook pro. What would you recommend? (also do you know how to fix a macbook that shuts down/blackscreens every 3 minutes?
Seriously! Because they discontinued the 27” iMac, I had to spend a LOT more money to get a Studio Display to go with a Mac Mini…and this combination isn’t as portable. I would have bought a 27” iMac in a heartbeat.

My 27 inch iMac still works just fine despite Apple no longer supporting it. I considered a new machine until I found out the new models were a smaller 24 inch screen. The rumors for the new large screen iMac look impressive (as the price will be no doubt). Meanwhile I'm lucky my existing machine works so well after all these years. I can wait.
Definitely looking into upgrading my iPad since I have the one that doesn’t support my pencil pressure sensitivity! Should have looked into that before buying a pretty pink iPad!
The technology that I'm most looking forward to is power tools. I'm going to get myself my first impact driver so I can repair and maintain things around the house... mainly the cars, of course. I need a computer for personal, creative endeavors though so, I'm looking at the MacBook Pro, the iPad Pro and the Asus ProArt PX13.
I was going for the Iphone 15 Pro Max but will hold out for the 16 now! The closer the IPhones get to ‘cinema camera’ capabilities the more excited I get!😅

I had gotten a new iMac back when they first came out and loved the speed and ability of the M1 chip. But the screen was just too small for my liking. So I turned my 2014 27” iMac into a 5k monitor and got a m2 pro Mac mini which I attached to the back and now I have an iMac mini 27”. If apple comes out with a larger iMac (32” would be great 👍) I would buy it right away. I do plan on getting a new iPad Pro this year and maybe even upgrade my Mac mini to the m4. I am making a big change this year in my Apple tech. I have just ordered a 13" iPad Air to replace my older one. I will be also replacing my 2020 iMac at the end of the year with the new M4 iMac. In the next year, I will be replacing my iPhone 14 Pro Max with the iPhone 17 Pro Max. I will be retaining my current old iPad Pro 6th gen as it will work with Apple intell. I will also retain my Apple Pencil 2nd gen which does work with theis iPad. I still have an iPhone 11 Pro Max that the cell modem no longer works. That one I have retained to use as an iPod and filled it full of music. I still have an old iPhone 5S which I had retained for travel. So there you have it, all my upgrade plans.
I would love a larger display imac, or oled! I'm considering the switch from windows (been a windows pc user my entire life) right now, and i hope holding out a bit longer will be worth it! 🤞🏽

Can’t wait, I come from an old intel iMac from 2015 which is getting proper glitchy even with taking stuff off, so this will be a massive upgrade grade and I’ll max it out. Memory and T’s it will still be cheaper than iMac studio it’s all the peripherals. I use it for logic and a bit of video stuff and the iMac looks so cool. October/November here we come 👍👍👍

Im currently using a 2020 iPad Pro with really bad battery life issues and I'm currently in the market for a new 13" Pro. I also need to replace my 2013 iMac and I'm considering a new iMac but trying to decided if I should get the M3 or hold out for M4. I wonder if they will switch to the black bezels or keep the white?
They should design a discrete GPU box that users would be able to put inside their Graphic Cards. Internal GPU's maybe good for editing but not for gaming.
Hoping for a new iPhone 16 Pro Max my 13 battery isn’t lasting the whole day anymore and I don’t use it as much as I used to. Also updating my MacBook Pro M1 2020 to a new one!

If Apple release new iMac with 27' and up screen size, Apple Studio Display and other Mac machines will drop 30%~50% sales.

Same here. I was rocking the 2007 intel iMac 27” until recently getting Mac mini m1
I bought a 21” iMac just before Covid hit and it has been the worst computer I have ever used or owned.
I find even the 24 inch too big for me. It’s crazy they cancelled the 21 inch model.
