I used a tiny pick. The top goes down. Kinda work it out. Watch out tho. They will pop out and fly.

This bikes riding position is so high I can never really fully get behind the windshield ... But yes you can't see though. The listing said smoke , this is more like forest fire dense smoke that kills all vision !
