Yesterday, after kayaking, my Charge 6 step count did not match the app, even after syncing. There are about 400 more steps on the app than on my fitbit. Syncing doesn't sync the steps. Can you help with this?
Hi! Looks like someone in the Fitbit forums also had a mismatch (though they had higher steps on their Fitbit than on the app). How do you turn up the volume for phone calls? I can barely hear the person on my device, the users manual doesn't say, and there aren't really any videos about accepting phone calls on the Charge 6. Thanks for your help.

Hi! I had a Charge 3 back in 2018 as well, it was my very first fitness tracker! I don't use it anymore, but this link might help you reset it: community.fitbit.com/t5/Other-Charge-Trackers/Charge-3-won-t-light-up-only-vibrates/td-p/3236779 If even that doesn't work, It likely will be at the end of its life and might be time to get a new wearable. Kind of hard to listen because Google won't let present soon to ex Fitbit users activate said watch. Previous Google logon or new (as directed) we, not alone here aren't allowed. Bought Charge 6 months ago, paper weight now. Will wait until 2025 when Google forces users to switch over. If I can't activate then it gets trashed with my still operational Charge 2, 4 and 5. (Charge 5 works but sucks)
That's sad to hear you're having issues activating the Charge 6. I had a similar issue but managed to reset my old Fitbit password when I had the Charge 3 and use that to logon and use everything. I've seen many other frustrations online with Google / Fitbit integration and fingers crossed it sorts itself out soon. Have you tried Garmin?
Hi! Think the folk in the comments have reported similar stuff for Charge 5 and 6. Checkout Garmin wearables for durability, I've been using Venu 2 for more than 2 years now and still solid.

My fitbit Charge 3 went black screen after 18 months and the ASSHOLES wouldn't replace it. I'm NEVER buying their SHIT again, and neither should you.
