@@kgatontlephukuile8600 , Bhokoloshe is a common surname in the Eastern Cape, so when they say "kukhal' uBhokoloshe" they're referring to someone, not something. As to what the surname actually means, we need someone from the Bhokoloshe family to explain.
Maybe Bhokoloshe was a huge fan of Mashamplani and (s)he would scream/whistle xa kudlala iMashamplani.
