    That CeraVe Healing Ointment is a godsend. I love to use it on my face as an occlusive, and on my hands and feet after a nourishing creme before bedtime. I loves me some Aquafor too, but that CeraVe Healing Ointment melts in PERFECTLY. You don't even feel it on once it melts in.

    Girl, I can’t stand the waste of cotton rounds either or ruining my wash clothes. I use reusable cotton rounds that I get off Etsy, my favorites are usually made of hemp cotton or bamboo velour! I get matching hemp fleece cotton and exfoliating hemp cotton washcloths, they all come in black or white so the black is ideal for makeup removal 💖

      I know right! And by the way glycolic acid is a no no for skin of color! girl step away this is why no one shld take this kinda info from a public platform. Ahas are formulated for Caucasians and not melanated people cause its a small molecule, it will cut thru skin and cause hot spots on top of that it has retinol in it that's like a sin. For more education watch Dr vanitta rattan here in yt. She is a specialist in skin of colour , she is an actual doctor, she is also a cosmetic formulator. This is not a diss but js. The scary part is she an esthatician? Just wow! That skin tugging and pulling stressed me out. Have a good day everyone!

      blessedness 101 I have dark skin and I have been using glycolic acids for years. Literally at 13% concentration. Every other night.
      When it comes to glycolic acid, it’s not a “no no for skin of color” but rather something that it takes longer for dark skin to ease into and that is more sensitive overuse. Darker skin tones simply have to be more cautious and really listen to their skin. Still, her skin appears rather light no?

    U r the right person to ask sometime back I watched a vlog about someone saying that u shouldn't apply oil when applying sunscreen it affects it's effectiveness like for me I apply jojoba oil then sunscreen does that mean am not getting the effectiveness of the sunscreen thankyou

      Hi! I don't recommend using oil in combination with sunscreen. Suncreen formulation is very finnicky as it is. Besides adding oil to your routine in the daytime is not very helpful. Hope this helps :)

      Hi Anna! If you are feeling lost I would recommend going to an esthetician. I also offer consultations too. You might just need someone to point you in the right direction ❤️

      Hey girl! Usually most people with acne have oily skin, most people with dry skin tend to not have acne so im kinda confused on that, but for a good moisturizer thats affordable I reccommend the 'simple rich repleneshing moisturizer'. Its thicker so good for dry skin but not too thick at all. Then you should use salycilic acid treatments for treating acne. i reccomend the Cera Ve salycilic acid face wash. From a brand called 'the ordinary' maybe check out their niacinamide 10% and zinc 1% serum. Niacinimde is amazing for brightening darkspots aka hyperpigmentation, and its good for reducing inflamation, and helping acne. The rosehip seed oil from the ordinary is also amazing for acne and scars. For more info check out this youtuber called 'Hyram'. He is a skincare specialist and my skin is clear now thanks to him.

      Taj Mahaly You’re right. I was going to a dermatologist but it didn’t really help. I may go to an esthetician instead.

    Guys idk if you have this problem but when you put on your face wash headband does the oil from you hair stain it? It makes me mad cus like mine are new and I can’t get the stains out

    • @tajmahaly7129
      @tajmahaly7129  Před 3 lety +1

      My make up usually stains mine from cleansing! I try to stick to microfiber cloths because they are super easy to wash! Stains typically don’t hold
