I have Fibromyalgia, Hypermobility Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and Ideopathic Hypersomnia. I’d give anything to experience this. Between the pain flares, the non-stop sleep, and the constant injury- you can only take so much! It’s driven me to suicide before, but knowing that at least one person out there gets it, believes it, and TREATS IT is nothing short of a miracle for hope things will get better in the medical community for us chronically ill patients. I'm also very hypermobile in all my joints and have seen countless physios and one very specialised physio (worked with hypermobile patients for over 20 years) She said most of the problems stem from the rib cage. The hypermobile body adopts strange breathing patterns and lots of people experience sore ribs and tension throughout the thorax. Breathing really has been one of the most useful tools for me.

I have fibromyalgia.... *sits here naked watching and cringing*
I watch all the time but I'd probably only be able to handle light massage and the adjustment. I also have Lupus too, so releasing all the toxins with massage & scraping will throw me into a "sick" episode.

You probably feel sick because of what the earlier poster mentioned. Its stimulating the lymphatic system and when you do that you release toxins into the body. A lymphatic cleanse is beneficial, however everybody is different and you need to know your limits. Scraping and Gua Sha also initiates an inflammatory response, thus stimulating and “healing” the area through the inflammation (even though not fairly deep). However this can cause some bruising for a day or two and again it’s something that you have to become familiar with the know the limits. This woman being a professional is using it knowing exactly how far she can go of course. If you’re trying to do a cleanse, stimulate your lymph system You can definitely do that but you definitely have to build up to it
start small and slow..
Certain activities stimulate/cleanse the lymph system as well, As long as you don’t go super hard, overdo it and set yourself backwards. Believe it or not an excellent way to do this is to use a trampoline or a rebounder for 2-3 minutes every so often throughout the day and then slowly work your way up.

My shiatsu therapist thinks she'll never fully get the knots out of my back. I'm now so scared to visit a chiro. These videos are what keeps me going through the hours I have to rest due to my pain.

I have fibromyalgia and my god I soooo need this! I’ve gone to a few practitioners, but they don’t ‘get it’. They treat me with kid gloves and do less than the minimum, even though I make it very clear, do your worst and I’ll tell you if it’s too much. They don’t listen đŸ€·đŸ»â€â™€ïžđŸ€ŠđŸ»â€â™€ïž.
I’m in the UK, if you know someone who can and will do what you Dr. Mondragon, PLEASE let me know! I will travel for this treatment! I can’t travel to you though unfortunately! I wish I could! đŸ„șđŸ„șđŸ„ș
I need a good going over, to give me a good start so I can continue with what I can do myself at home, and go to a practitioner for top ups (hopefully from someone who can and will do as you do, because I can’t stress enough just how much i NEED it! đŸ˜©
I sooo resonated with this lady when she said about digging her knuckles into her lower back/upper glute area
. I’ve actually bruised myself before when doing that, but the relief after is amazing (I do it regularly (only bruised once 😂 but it was very bad that time)
 my hands afterwards
 not so great! 😂
I also had a huge build up behind my ears and it took a lot of work for me to get rid of it, it was all one massive lump behind both ears! My thumbs hated me afterwards (it took 3 days for me to flatten it all out! And I did it 3 times a day for ages! At least an hour at a time but it felt better, and I could feel it going down each time too).
I’m a qualified sports injury therapist, but I’m not physically well enough to continue working in that capacity anymore đŸ€·đŸ»â€â™€ïž. I suffered a long term emotional trauma, which my body couldn’t physically cope with, so now I have fibromyalgia, I was got snd healthy (fittest I’d ever been) and within a week of exercising 5 days a week, full of energy, caring for my young son eho has adhd and a kidney condition, I ended up unable to sit up, slurring my words, tripping over air, balance issues, couldn’t think of everyday words. It’s insane.
I really wish I could travel to you! Xoxo

Dr. Mondragon, how do we find someone like you in our areas? what do we look for? I have been to a few different Chiropractors in my area and all they do is the typical robotic set of 4 positions and no one actually examines the body or gives attention to the muscular system. What do we look for? how do we google someone like you?
