Thank you, I saw your info on Reddit in Premiere, now subscribed. Yes, I too have been spending time learning more on editing and enhancing Video/Photos with Adobe's PP, Photoshop, and Lightroom. Will take up AE too. Take care, be safe!
Hi. Thank you for the sub. Enjoy the learning process. 👍
Thank you so much .I've searched everwhere for this.
You’re welcome. Glad it helped. 😃
Thank you my friend! Peace and good vibes from California. 👊🏼

@@Travelwithumer0 you’re welcome. ☺️
i need help , why my image is cut in 4 when i put the transition ? and its not working with the tips at 3:30
Worked great for me! Thank you so much!
You’re welcome. 😊
thank you and i have a question ! isnt there a more convenient way like saving them in premiere rather than opening the file everytime i need a transition?
Thank you brother.
Your video is very helpful.
You’re welcome. Planning to make another one and I hope you’ll get to watch it too. Glad this helped. 😃
how can adjust the transition in case that i use a different video size? (like 1080x1080)
Hey marc, can you please tell me how to use it for vertical video?
Hi. It should work the same way when you apply it to vertical videos.
@@MarcSantos Thanks for the reply but it did not work the same way, we need to change the sequence settings of transition as per the sequence settings of our video clip😊
In case this is still helpful. Create a sequence with the transition in 1920x1920, put your videos there, and then insert that sequence into your main 1080x1920 sequence, it will cut the black space and it's gonna work
@@dorminac hello! This is first time since 2 month someone is actually helping about this vertical vid transiton please how to insert the sequence to the main sequence?
Very useful. Thank you so much
You’re welcome. 👍
After I saved and closed the premiere pro and open it, still getting the misalign transition. Any suggestions?
Happened to me at other times. I just close and open premiere again and it worked.
its because the Templates are in 1080p and If your footage are in other quality then the effect looks shit
Nice observation.
this one is easy to trcak
Good work keep it up!
Thanks. 😀
thanks for this
You’re welcome.
nice tutorial sir! more please! 😊
Thank you sir. Would be more in tutorials for most episodes since it is still not that safe to go roaming around outside. Learning doesn’t stop even when indoors. 😁
it is locating media it self and not showing me locate dialogue box
tnxx
@@smartkrisibd you’re welcome
what is the window in the bottom left corner and how do i get it PLS
Hi. If you are referring to the Pr logo that’s Adobe Premiere Pro. It’s the video editing app that I use here in this video. You can go to Adobe website to avail the software. 😊
@@MarcSantos thanks for quick response, I'm referring to when you're in Premiere you have a window that says "project mixkit transitions" with media browser next to it with folders my problem is not being able to see these folders anywhere which prevents me from using transitions properly.
@@ixtc The Project Mixkit Transition you are referring to is the Project name. What will reflect to you depends on what name you have given to your project. Try to re run the steps. Make sure you extract your downloaded file from mixkit and that’s where the usual problem is. You will run into problems if you did not extract the downloaded file. I hope this helps.
It shows nothing in the folder when I try to locate the file.
is there any method to pin and install the transitions at the program ? or we have to import them every time we want to use ?
what is there is no assets folder....
Hi. Make sure you went to the right location of your assets for you to find the assets folder.
My transition just doenst come on the timeline the normal way it comes as a different transition that i cant use, what do i do?
THANKS IT WORKED
You’re welcome. 😊
Didnt work for me :(
there is just a green colored video "transition 103"
theres no way to extract that transition
when I copy and paste in my timeline the effects go out of frame even crooked, when I save and reopen premiere it is not corrected
It also happened to me. I just tried to redo everything for the transition and the usual close and open premiere and it worked.
did you ever figure this out? I am dealing with the same problem
Hi. I just repeat the process whenever I had this bug.
There is no 1920x1080 or placeholder in my assets, it is the correct asset folder
Hi. Did you extract your downloaded template? Make sure you are in the right directory of the assets. Try also to delete and re download the template. I hope this solves your problem
When I restart my premiere it's still the same thing. With black outlines. Can I ask for your advice?
Sometime i have to restart my premiere twice or thrice. Or else I will do it again from the top. 😅
@@MarcSantos I tried doing the same thing. I restarted my premiere multiple times and reuploaded the transition and I'm still having the same issues with the black lines and the transition not working with my video files. Is there any other solution to it? So far your video is the only video I can actually find online showing the same problem.
Does it work for all resolutions? I was working on a 1080x1080 video but the transition got misaligned. Can you please suggest a fix?
I never had this problem. But in case, you can resize the transition if it doesn’t fit.
is there anyway to put the transition in effects?
Transition is different from effects and it should work.
I followed this to the T and it just will not work. I don't get it.
Didn't work. I still have the distortion effect.
not working even after reopening premiere pro
It still isn't working for me. It is not aligned. It's like split into 4 squares. Frustrating to be honest
Great video tutorial. I'm having a tough time applying some of the MixKit transitions to a 4K edit in Premiere Pro. Any tips or advice?
Hi. What do you mean applying the transition? When I started using it, I often copy the wrong clip for the transition effect that is why nothing happens.
@@MarcSantos the video I'm editing in premiere was shot in 4K. When trying to copy and paste the MixKit transitions they don't apply correctly. Been trying to figure out if I need to scale the transition effects but haven't had any luck.
Does it only happen in 4K? Have you tried using the transition with HD clips?
@@MarcSantos works fine with HD clips...just can't seem to get them to work with 4K clips. Was wondering if you or anyone else ran into the same issue.
@@marklopez5267 never had this problem. It worked with any video quality I use. I hope you will find your fix.
its not wor 4k videos :(
I have no issues using it with 4K videos.
Doesn't work
this much effort for a transition?
Not that much of an effort if you are used to it. Premiere has a limited option for transitions so if you want to use different transitions, the process will be the same even if you download a transition from somewhere else.
@@MarcSantos will it be easy if i get used to it?
Nothing is easy actually. Just enjoy the process of learning and creating. 👍
