Your pc must be a huge potato pc. I recently built a budget pc for my living room. Had the case (old case). Had a graphics card (amd 570). Had the ram (2x8g corsair). Spent $300. I get 200 fps on a 5 yr old samsung 60hz tv. Wtf is up with your frame rate and settings? Why are you on low settings and still only reaching a max of 60? Its like 2009 all over again.
I don't know why, but my framerate seems to cap at 60, in my WoW settings I have cap frames unchecked so its not limited by WoW. When I have done google searches on this it says that 60hz monitors will cause your games to cap at 60 fps. My monitor is a Samsung C27F398 My graphics card is a 1070 TI If anyone reading this knows a fix, please reply

Try disabling V-Sync.
@@MandatoryFunWoW I sometimes play ony tv, which is 60hz but I get consistent 200 fps. My v sync is off and my fps is capped at 200
