    How configured loyalty points are added in the SO. In SO line, it is displaying the products and free shipping which we configured under discount and loyalty menu. But I could'nt see that the points which we gained through that particular SO. Where we can view the points which earned so far for the particular customer or points earned for that particular SO

    at 24:00: minimum 2 but you buy only 1 => why you allow to apply the promotion ?? rediculous

    at 12:50 When you generate your coupon (I see field: expired day is null) while you set up the validity: 21/01/22 - Why it does not inherit ?

      21/01/22 is the validity of the coupon program, which means that the program is available for a duration and it doesn't mean that the generated coupon has the same validity. Maybe as a part of the anniversary sale duration can be 3 months(validity of coupon program) but the customer has to use the coupon in 1 week (which is the validity of the coupon)

    Also in loylaty cards, the count in the smart button is 0, how the count will get add

      count 0 means no loyalty card has been generated. The condition should be met to generate one for the customer.

    at 13:50 when you applied a coupon: it's belong to the coupon(name = new coupon) actually and it's just 1 coupon existed. Why it's also display a pop-up window ? why does'n it automatically ?

      This is because currently only one reward is added to the coupon program. We can add multiple coupon programs so that customers can choose the required one while using this coupon based on the point in the coupon. Like using that coupon he can take a free product for 10 points, a discount for 20 points, or free shipping for 30

    After I applied the promotion. Rule = minimum purchase 1000 USD, Grant 1 point per USD. Reward 1. 10% discount = 700 point, 30% discount = 900 point. when I applied the promo in SO. I choose 30% discount and then. Balance = 100 point => What should I do with this point ???

      Those remaining points will not be able used since in exchange for those 100 points there will be no rewards. So either it has to be cleared out or can manually update the reward point and send it to your customer in case to retain them.

    How to give $5 discount for prepaid order compare to COD order?

      Go to the configuration setting of Odoo 17 sales under the pricing section and enable Discount. To manage prepaid orders, ensure that the invoicing policy is set to the ordered quantity, and then only you can create an invoice before delivering the product. After registering payment, click on the discount button, choose the fixed discount, and set the amount.

    1 have 2 statement. Can you help me to confirm those are true or false?
    - for promotion programme: limit usage mean: how many time you can apply the promotion. eg: if limit usage = 2, only 2 SO can apply and then no one can apply
    - for coupon programme: limit usage mean: how many time a coupon can use ? eg: if limit usage = 2, and I generate 2 coupon: means: I can apply 4 times (2 times for the first coupon) and 2 times for the second one

      Limit usage defines how much time that program can be used for both coupons and promotions.Even though there are more than 2 two coupons only 2 of them can be used if the limit usage put as 2

      For that customer, using that coupon no rewards are assigned. Multiple contacts are there under the same name as Deco Addict. The customer in the order and e-wallet coupon were different, which is why it doesn't take.

    at 24:00 =>total SO = 1,38 => 69 points => 2 point can exchange 1 product free BUT invideo i see so much: 347 FREE PRODUCT: Rediculous
