Absolute legend! My Tv has been stuck in standby for days! No switch on the TV so switched the main plug off for 10 seconds and back on and then did the remote thing and now back on!

I tried unplug-replug then firing the power button like u said... there was no response first two times but it worked the third time, screen flashed on, showed sm vertical lines then switched off then again I tried power button one more time and now it's working fine 🙂

Hi. I just bought a new TV and sometimes I find it stucked in standby after a couple of hours I turn it off. Then I have to unplug and plug it back to the power outlet to turn it on again. Do you know what is it? Someone said me that it could be an outlet issue, but I have a PS4 connected to the same outlet and I don't have issue with it.
Good advice, for those without power button simply unplug for 10 seconds and replug it back in and follow his instruction after that. In my case my control were on the back of the RCA Webos TV right behind the power indicator on the left side. But I unplugged it and replugged which is what you do for a printer and acts as a reset.

Mine keeps getting a red flashing light ive tried the pressing tye button when its off and then plugged back after a few seconds mine still wont turn on after trying for days
My tv has a red light that doesn't go off. It was working fine one minute and then it went out and i haven't been able to get it back on. Its Samsung 50 Inch
Have you tried changing the batteries in the remote also unplug the TV wait 30 seconds and try this method if this carries on then try and replace the fuse in the plug make sure it's the same amp though thanks for comment like and subscribe to help support me thanks
See, my problem is my tv keeps turning off i guess due to inactivity but it does too fast when I never set any standby sleep mode timer. And my tv has no options on any timer or sleep mode. I have a Insignia brand TV, with no buttons on the tv and we have cable through breezeline but it's a Tivo tv aswell if anyone has any ideas its greatly appreciated...I've tried looking up everything I could but no luck.
That will be the power supply board my friend as it's going through loop mode as it's trying to produce power from the televisions main board power supply

Yes the button on the tv use the same method in the same way but on tv buttons should work
