You can choose to print the 2 cards as a gift to someone or simply assemble them and relive a little of your childhood ;-). You can also print all parts separately so you don't have to remove any card stock. The entire car can be assembled without the need for glue. The printing time of gift card 1 (the one with the most pieces) is about 4 hours. The printing time of gift card 2 (the one with wheels) is about 2 hours. I decided to print them with 100% fill because there was not much difference with 25% fill, the printing time was almost the same. Another reason for 100% filling is that the spring is printing better. I tried to organize all parts of the card so that it is possible to print the 2 cards in 2 different colors and still look good.
The original idea of ​​making a gift card for 3D printing came from the Christmas reindeer model I saw at Thingiverse. I thought it would be great to design a gift card with some mechanical parts to show people what is possible with 3D printing (combination of gears, springs, clickers). Everything is built from scratch. Mainly because all parts had to be relatively flat for it to become a card.
The software used was SolidWorks to design all the parts, mainly because it has an easy to use gear generator and because (in my opinion) fusion is a very user friendly program.

Eu sempre lamento quando postam vídeo onde 95% do tempo é mostrando a montagem de alguma máquina, e apenas 5% ou menos mostrando o resultado da coisa funcionando.... Mas aqui me surpreendeu que foi 0%....Acho que é a chance de vc fazer novo vídeo só mostrando o brinquedo funcionando.... Ex. de info interessante: Quantas voltas de corda precisa, quantos metros ele anda, demonstrar a velocidade que atinge 😉
