over 2 years later and listening to these guys... they literally busted their ass to minimize Tom Brady. The defense this, the dLine that, Todd Bowles, KC's injuries / 'banged up' Oline, etc. Yes- the Bucs defense played great and Todd Bowles schemed it perfect. Without Tom Brady- the Bucs don't even get to the post-season. Without Tom Brady taking command of the offense AND THE CLOCK- the Bucs defense doesn't get a chance to rest, go over pictures, plan the next KC drive. Tom Brady made Andy Reid stick to the passing game which allowed the Buc D to not have to worry about the running game and play pass. Anyway- over 2 years later, TB is retired, Max fell off his own cliff and the Stephen A / Shannon thing is breaking down.
@lynskyrd Brady is the goat but just stop any good QB could’ve won a Super Bowl having AB, Evans, Gronk, Godwin, and Fournette. If it wasn’t for injuries they would’ve repeated wasn’t that impressive.
@@bretsklar8051 No other QB would get AB and Gronk. Brady has intangibles up the wazoo. When he's there leading the team, guys believe they can win. The defense plays hard no matter what, because they know, no matter the score, that they can win. I feel like there's no way he wasn't the MVP that year, because not only is he giving his team great quarterback play, but guys play out of their minds for him, and he's magnetically attracting superstars that would never in a million years be there if it weren't for him. Football is a game of motivation and momentum, because like, all the guys who play on offensive lines are strong enough to block anybody, and all the defenders rushing are strong enough to get by anyone.
