- Welcome to my channel! Today we're going over how to find, capture, tame and breed 2 star wolves in Valheim! It's super easy, so be sure to give it a try and let me know how it goes for you. I just been taming on location and having them follow me home. So far only 1 2* was tough enough for the journey. I walk into an object in sneak mode with tasty mead wiall I wait, Power leveling sneak. Ty for the 2* spawn tip.
I'm loving this channel. I recently picked up Valheim again, after months of not playing and these videos have been a great help.
Huntsman bow reduces area aggro, so it helps with picking off no star wolves

Keep in mind that 2 star wolves are extremely, extremely rare. You might not ever see one and if you do, you get one shot at this.
Harpoon them into the hole if they dont fall in. Ez. Then harpoon them out of the hole to keep reusing the trap and dont have to dig new ones. 👍🏼
First 2 stars gonna be named Wulffir (like my Paladin's mount in Pathfinder :3 )

Finally found and caught a 2 stars
While the taming process was starting, a skeleton surprise event started and while I was fighting the skeletons, they went to kill the 2-star wolf -.- well, at least I confirmed that in this small mountains there's a spawn close and I was able to get a 2-star
Do 2 star wolves spawn at certain location and conditions? I've been farming my mountain for days now and still nothing but 1 star and no stars. It's a small mountain so I'm wondering if I need to go to a mountain with drakes and Golems.
My 85% tamed 2 star wolf despawned from the hole when I jumped into the portal and back for like 2 minutes. Then later a 1 star wolf despawned as well even though I only logged out. Next time I logged back in right next to the hole, it was empty. Very frustrating.
Do you have to tame them in the snow biome?
So many wolves were lost because I was unaware I had to be close to them while they tamed. After this, me and my entire village of friends will have 2 star wolves

I saw a 2 star while I was hunting for one for breeding the other day but I was on average level food cause I didn't realize how hard they hit. He killed me in like 3 hits cause my stamina ran out then he despawned before I got back to my body. Was a bit salty but managed to snag a 1 star and I'm breeding an army to go for an afk Eikthyr kill. Idk if it'll work but it sounds funny.
Wolves literally rape Eikthyr
I could add => don't tame or reproduce any animals near a fire ( torch, firecamp etc...) Animals hate fire and disturb them to do what you expect

I've been looking for over 2 weeks for a 2 star wolf.
Hey there Bill, hoping this MIGHT help in any way. I was stuck trying to find a 2 star wolf for about 7 hours of going every single night, I was hitting a nearby mountain to our base.
But I tried going to a different mountain, one I had discovered before that was much farther away, closer to the edge of the map and as soon as I popped in there, not even 5 minutes into the search I found a 2 star.
I'm not sure if it actually has anything to do with it, but I guess it wouldn't hurt trying.

Sory are better metods to do this without the risk. I caught the first wolf in the game before I got bronze (58 gaming days - first playing in valheim). You have an impressive tower, and what would you do to make it twice as high - without using mods?
Pine tree as base
Maximum height of the ground and pine as a base. Next, iron-reinforced stone and iron-reinforced wood.
Another interesting fact - what to do to minimize random attacks on your base to one type of attack.
