Can’t say for sure it’ll work for you but I used to be suicidal too and after being depressed pretty consistently over several years, what made a difference was changing the main things in my environment that made me feel like shit, taking different antidepressants, and doing stuff to feel like I’m constantly improving myself working towards goals… I used to feel stuck and like nothing in life mattered but I don’t get depressed as often anymore so I like to believe there’s hope if you can find away to change whatever weighs on your mind the most, asking yourself what don’t you like about your life, why are things the way they are, and what can you do to change it? If you can’t figure out how to change it, then ask others for ideas. Sometimes I still get depressed and think to myself can I just be happy and normal, but that doesn’t mean happy days don’t come. Don’t give up yet please ❤
